Hi ich suche ab März/April bis September (eventuell auch länger) Mitbewohni für meine dreamy 2er WG im 17. Bezirk.
Die Wohnung ist ein Altbau und is super schön, hell und groß - 75m2 mit großer Wohnküche, Vorzimmer, Bad & Schrankraum (wo auch dein Kleiderschrank stehen kann). Das freie Zimmer in question is ca 13m2 und super ruhig weil es schaut in den Innenhof. In der Früh scheint die Sonne rein und den restlichen Tag reflektieren die Fenster von gegenüber total viel Licht ins Zimmer also ist es auch super hell. Das Zimmer wäre unmöbeliert, der Rest der Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet.
Hardfacts: 420€ Miete + 80€ Strom, Gas, Internet = 500€/Monat

The flat is an 'Altbau' and very bright and spacious - 75m2 with a large living and cooking space, entry hall, bathroom, and walk-through closet (which you can use as well - so you won't need a wardrobe in your own room). The room is 13m2 and very quiet as it faces the courtyard. In the mornings you get some sun and in the afternoons the windows of the house opposite reflect the light so that the room is really bright all throughout the day. The room itself is not furnished but the rest of the flat is.
Hardfacts: 420€ rent + 80€ utilities = 500 € in total
Die Wohnung liegt direkt bei der Sbahn und 43er Station Hernals und man braucht ca. 20min zum Schottentor (15min mit dem Rad) und 10min in den Wald bei Neuwaldegg. Der 10A ist auch gleich ums Eck und die 2er und und 10er Bim Endstation auch. Billa, Hofer, Spar, Lidl, Bipa sind alle 5min entfernt.

Ich bin Karo, 26 und schreibe gerade meine Masterarbeit in Gender Studies. Ich bin gern auf queer-feministischen Veranstaltungen unterwegs, geh viel Kaffeetrinken und bin hin und wieder auf Demos anzutreffen. Zuhause bin ich eher eine ruhige Person und oftmals auch den ganzen Tag nicht daheim weil ich momentan nur in der Bib sitz. Ich würd mich total freuen wenn wir aber auch manchmal was zusammen unternehmen wollen oder daheim (vegetarisch/vegan) kochen oder einen Kaffee (aus meiner Siebträgermaschine hehe) oder ein Spaßgetränk trinken.
