Es werden zwei Zimmer frei, eins für 330€ und eins für 340€, 12 und 13m² groß. Beide haben das Fenster Richtung Osten und sind ähnlich mobiliert (siehe Fotos)

Die Gegend ist eine typische Wohngegend: alle Geschäfte sind direkt um die Ecke, in 1-5 minuten erreicht man alles.
Direkt bei uns fährt die Linie 43 (auch Nachtlinie!) zur Uni, Campus, NIG, und anderen Instituten, sowie zur U6 Alser Straße (ca. 7 min).
Außerdem ist der 10A auch nur 1 minute entfernt zur BOKU und Schmelz.
Die S45 ist eine Station oder 5-7min zu fuß.
The area is a typical residential area: all shops are just around the corner, everything can be reached in 1-5 minutes.
Line 43 (also night line!) runs directly from us to the university, campus, NIG, and other institutes, as well as to the U6 Alser Straße (approx. 7 min).
In addition, the 10A is only 1 minute away to BOKU and Schmelz.
The S45 is one stop or 5-7min walk.
The flatmates are Rene, 31, Software Developer from Austria and Matija, 28, working currently for a food delivery service. He is from Serbia.
Since everyone is working our flat is super quiet and relaxing, but clean!
One of the ex flatmates was a smoker and if you don't overdo it, it is okay to smoke out the window but we prefer if you would go mostly outside for a smoke when the weather is nice.

Die Mitbewohner sind Rene, 31, Softwareentwickler aus Österreich und Marija, 28, der derzeit für einen Essenslieferdienst arbeitet. Er kommt aus Serbien.
Da alle arbeiten, ist unsere Wohnung super ruhig und entspannend, aber sauber!
Einer der Ex-Mitbewohner war Raucher und wenn du es nicht übertreibst, ist es in Ordnung, aus dem Fenster zu rauchen, aber wir ziehen es vor, wenn du bei schönem Wetter meistens nach draußen gehst, um zu rauchen.
In der Miete von 330€ ist enthalten:
Strom, Wasser, Heizung, BK, Internet, Reinigung (es gibt Putzfrauen, die 1 mal die Woche kommen).
Kaution: 900€
Vertragserstellungsgebühr: 150€
Waschmaschine im Keller: ca. 1€ pro Waschgang
