Das Zimmer hat 13m² und die Möbel auf dem Foto bleiben da (gehören zum Zimmer).
Es ist im Erdgeschoss aber hoch genug dass man von der Straße nicht herein schauen kann.
Das Zimmer geht nach Osten, man hat bis ca. 12:00 Uhr direkte Sonne.

It's on the ground floor but high enough that you can't see in from the street.
The room faces east, you have direct sun until about 12:00 p.m.
Die Gegend ist eine typische Wohngegend: alle Geschäfte sind direkt um die Ecke, in 1-5 minuten erreicht man alles.
Direkt bei uns fährt die Linie 43 (auch Nachtlinie!) zur Uni, Campus, NIG, und anderen Instituten, sowie zur U6 Alser Straße (ca. 7 min).
Außerdem ist der 10A auch nur 1 minute entfernt zur BOKU und Schmelz.
Die S45 ist eine Station oder 5-7min zu fuß.

Die Wohnung ist keine typische Studenten WG aber ruhig und gut angebunden und wenn noch jemand ein Zimmer sucht: einfach schreiben. Keine Party WG!!

Die Waschmaschine im Keller kostet ca. 1€ für die Benutzung, in der Wohnung gibt es leider keine Maschine
