DE: Die Wohnung hat hohe Decken und ist dank eines kleinen Balkons und der großen Fenster schön hell. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche (inkl. Geschirrspüler) und ein Bad, das manche schon als luxuriös bezeichnet haben (inkl. Waschmaschine) - sowie ein getrenntes WC. Außerdem gibt’s ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer und ein kleines Gästezimmer.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist ca. 22 qm groß, mit Fischgrätparkett, einem großen Fenster und hat einem Kaminofen. (!) Es ist unmöbliert, du kannst es dir so einrichten wie du möchtest.
EN: The apartment is quite spacious and really bright thanks to the big windows, and there is even a small balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped (including a dishwasher) and the bathroom might be called luxurious (incl. washing machine). I hope you’ll enjoy hanging out together because there is a living room for us to share, including a big table and a comfy sofa.
The room to rent is 22 sqm big, with wood parquet, a large window and a fireplace (!). It's unfurnished.
DE: Die Wohnung ist nur drei Gehminuten von der 43er und 10A Station Hernals/Wattgasse entfernt. Die S-Bahn Station Hernals ist auch in nur fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist in einer Querstraße zur Hernalser Hauptstraße gelegen. Daher ist es weniger laut als an der Hauptstraße und man hat trotzdem Läden/ Supermärkte in der Nähe, z.B. einen Hofer direkt ums Eck.
EN: The apartment is located in a side street in the 17th district (Hernals). It’s only a three min walk to the bus and tram station Hernals/Wattgasse. It’s also very close to the S-Bahn station Hernals and there is a supermarket just around the corner.
DE: Ich bin 29 Jahre alt und schreibe gerade an meiner rechtswissenschaftlichen Doktorarbeit (was wohl noch länger dauern wird). Ich habe schon viiiele Jahre WG-Erfahrung und obwohl ich inzwischen schon zu alt für eine Party-WG bin, schätze ich ein gemütliches Zusammenleben sehr. Gerne können wir gemeinsam kochen, einen Film gucken oder abends ein Gläschen Wein trinken. Ich interessiere mich für Kultur und Gesellschaft, gehe gerne ins Kino, höre viel Musik, gehe auch mal in den Club aber bevorzuge generell eine kleine gemütliche Runde als die große Party.
