ich vermiete mein wunderschoenes Zimmer in Wien Waehring (nahe AKH) unter (bis Ende Juni/Anfang Juli).
Das Zimmer liegt im 1. Stock in einem Innenhof und ist damit sehr ruhig gelegen. Es hat zwei große Fenster und ist dementsprechend hell. Das Zimmer sowie die gesamte Wohnung sind modern eingerichtet und voll ausgestattet.

The room is suitead in the first floor towards a courtyard and is therefore very quiet. It has two big windows and is quite bright. There is no furniture inside.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 18. Bezirk zwischen Kreuzgasse und Aumannplatz. Apotherken und Lebensmittelgeschäfte (Spar, Billa, Penny, Hofer, DM etc) sind in der Nähe. Man kann auch in ca. 15 min zur Boku spazieren. Zur Hauptuni sind es ca. 3km Fußweg.

Straßebahn: unter 5 min 40, 41, 42, 9,
S-Bahn 10-15 min gehen Gersthof S45
