I'm Manjunath (M, 28) currently doing my PhD in Vienna. I'm vegetarian and looking for a vegan or vegetarian flatmate. This is a 3 person flat-share (with 2*20m2 and 1*10m2 room) . I occupy one of the 20m2 and the other 20m2 room is taken by the owner of the house (Tom). Tom works in Salzburg and he's not here most of the time, maybe he visits on weekends sometimes. Basically, if you decide to take the other 10m2 room, me and you will have the apartment for ourselves most of the time. The apartment is furnished and has all basic equipment. Since it's a small room, it is suitable for students (though this is not a restriction). The apartment has a nice balcony+ ground floor looking over a garden in a very peaceful and calm area.
It's 4min walk to Türneschanzpark. You can get 10A and S45 (Gersthof) within 5min by walk. There are plenty of shopping and eating places around.
Me and Tom will be your flatmates. Looking for a cooperative flatmate who enjoys living in company of others and respects privacy of other flatmates. Rest all can be adjustable.
