Whiteboard und Fernseher hast du im Zimmer, Rauchen geht am Balkon. 22m², hohe Decke, möbliert. Zur Info falls du allergisch bist, im Zimmer hat vorher ein Hund gewohnt, der ist aber nicht da wenn du da bist.

Beste Lage, Bus 40A und 37A direkt um die Ecke, U6Nußdorferstraße oder Währinger Str. 5 Minuten zu Fuß, genauso Bim 40,41 und 42. Mit Öffis 10 Minuten nach Spittelau oder 15 zum Schottentor. Apotheke direkt gegenüber, Währinger Park 5 Minuten entfernt, Spar, Hofer, Billa, Bipa/dm und Loco alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.
Best location, busses 37A and 40A around the corner, tube U6 Nußdorfer Str. or Währinger Str. five minutes on foot, so are tram lines 40, 41 and 42. With public transport it's 10 minutes to Spittelau or 15 to Schottentor. Pharmacy is across the street, Währinger Park is five minutes away, Spar, Hofer, Billa, Bipa/dm and Loco all easy to walk to.
Wir sind eh nett, vegan-friendly, LGBTQ+friendly, linksgrün versifft, bissl langweilig, aber saufen ab und zu ganz gern, mögen Memes und Spongebob und LIEBEN Kaffee – wunder dich nicht wenn 13x am Tag die Kaffeemaschine läuft. Vorm ersten Kaffee wird nicht geredet. Außerdem sudern wir gerne und teilen uns eine Gehirnzelle (wenn du sie mal brauchst, z.B. für Prüfungen, kannst du sie gern haben).
Liz (26, verforen) studiert seit 100 Jahren irgendwas mit Medien, liest viel, geht gern ins Kino, du kannst gern mit. Manchmal nachtaktiv, aber leise.
Sophia (24, mag beige) ist basically Arzt (Ordi-Assistentin), Molekularbiologin, und geht gern ins Gym, du kannst gern mit. (Niemand wird shamen wenn du nur faul zu Hause liegen magst.)
Wir sprechen Deutsch, Englisch und Schul-Französisch, Liz lernt noch Dänisch. Wir sind beide Introverts, unser Extrovert verlässt uns für ein Semester. Please help.
We are quite nice, vegan-friendly, LGBTQ+friendly, left-green, bit boring, but like to drink every now and then, we like memes and Spongebob and LOVE coffee – don't be confused if you hear the coffee machine 13x a day. No tealking before the first coffee. Also we like to complain/gossip and share one braincell (if you ever need it, like for a test, you may have it).
Liz (26, always cold) has been studying something with media for the past 100 years, reads a lot, likes to go to the cinema, feel free to come along. Sometimes nocturnal, but quiet.
Sophia (24, likes beige) is basically a doctor (receptionist at a practice), molecular biologist, and likes to go to the gym, feel free to come along. (Nobody's going to shame you if you want to lie around at home all day).
We speak German, English, and high-school-French, also Liz is learning Danish. We're both introverts, our extrovert is leaving us for one semester. Please help.
Keiner wird sich aufregen, wenn mal Geschirr rumsteht. Putzplan gibt es keinen, jede räumt halt ihr Zeug zam. Von Vorteil wenn du groß bist, weil du alle oberen Kästen bekommst (sonst finden wir eine Lösung lol).
Es gibt: Kaffeevollautomat, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Geschirrspüler, 2 Kühlschränke, Mikrowelle, Sodastream, Mixer, Milchaufschäumer (because we're extra).
Nobody's going to complain if there's dishes standing around. We don't have a cleaning schedule, everyone just cleans their stuff. Bonus points if you're tall, since you're going to get all the upper cabinets (if not we'll find a solution lol).
We got: coffee machine (fully automatic), washing machine, dryer, dish washer, 2 fridges, microwave, sodastream, blender, milk foamer (because we're extra).
