Dein Zimmer ist 13m^2 groß und voll möbliert mit allem, was man im Alltag braucht: Bett mit Nachttisch, Schreibtisch mit Bürostuhl sowie einer Kommode und einer Kleiderstange für deine Kleidung. Außerdem kannst du den Smart-TV im Zimmer nutzen. Es ist nord(östlich) ausgerichtet und schaut in den Innenhof. Außerdem stehen dir das 20m^2 große Wohn-Esszimmer mit Fernseher und Couchlandschaft, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Bad mit Badewanne (Toilette separat) zur Verfügung. Im Innenhof gibt es einen Fahrradständer.
Your room is 13m^2 and fully furnished with everything you need in everyday life: a bed with bedside table, a desk with an office chair and a chest of drawers and a clothes rail for your clothes. You can also use the Smart TV in the room. The room faces north (east), overlooking the inner courtyard. In addition, you have the 20m^2 large living room with a TV, a couch area and a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub (toilet separately) at your disposal. There is a bike rack in the courtyard.

Die Wohnung liegt mittig zwischen den U6-Stationen Nussdorfer und Währinger Straße (jeweils 4 Gehminuten) und ist damit gut angebunden an die U6, die Straßenbahnlinien 40, 41, 42, 37, 38 und die Busse 40A und 37A (2 Gehminuten). Das AKH (Allgemeines Krankenhaus) bzw. die MedUni Wien, die Universität Wien und deren Nebeninstitute sind öffentlich gut zu erreichen.
Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf (Spar, Billa) sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
Der Währinger Park und der Türkenschanzpark sind ebenfalls nahe gelegen.
The apartment is located in the middle between the U6 stations Nussdorfer and Währinger Straße (each 4 minutes' walk) and is therefore well connected to the U6, tram lines 40, 41, 42, 37, 38 and buses 40A and 37A (2 minutes' walk). The AKH (General Hospital) and the MedUni Vienna, the University of Vienna and their subsidiary institutes are easy to reach by public transport.
Shops for daily needs (Spar, Billa) are within walking distance.
The Währinger Park and the Türkenschanzpark are also nearby.

Da mein Mitbewohner für 3 Monate im Ausland ist, suche ich für diese Zeit jemanden zur Zwischenmiete. Ich bin Sabrina, 23 Jahre, komme aus Niederösterreich und studiere Medizin an der MedUni Wien im 5. Jahr. Es handelt sich eher um ein ruhiges Wohnhaus, dementsprechend suche ich jemanden für ein eher gemütliches WG-Leben.
Since my roommate is abroad for 3 months, I am looking for someone to sublease for this time. I'm Sabrina, I'm 23 years old, I come from Lower Austria and I'm in my 5th year studying medicine at MedUni Vienna. It's more of a quiet residential building, so I'm looking for a more layed back roommate.
