the room is available till mid of July.
You can rent it one month or 1,5 month.
Afterwords it will taken back by the landlord and all room-mates have to move out.
The rent includes a rent for the furniture.
The furniture can be bought in the end of the three month (price for the Minotti bed with pull out drawer, closet and desk plus shelf is 2.800€).
Please let me know in advance if you would like to take it with you.
Beside a super comfortable double-bed (1,8x2m), you get a brand new height-adjustable desk and a new big closet.
WIFI + Lan cable offers good internet (100 mbit) and good conditions for working at home.
Location: Währinger Gürtel 93 (the map-location might be not precise)
Keep in mind: the room is located next to a main road (Gürtel), can be noicy sometimes.
There is no cellar, but you can store f.e. your bike in the corridor next to the entrance.
You access your room through the living room (22m2). Further the flat consists of another 22m2 room, one small room (11m2), a small kitchen, bath (plus shower), seperate toilet and a corridor.
The 104m² flat is located very central (opera, Universities. public transport, supermarkets, hospital.
