Das Zimmer, das ich gerade verlasse, ist gemütliche 12,7 qm groß – und ja, trotz der kompakten Größe findet hier alles Wichtige seinen Platz. Der Blick aus dem Fenster geht direkt in den ruhigen Innenhof, wo ein wunderschöner Baum für eine angenehme Aussicht sorgt.
Ich würde einen Kleiderschrank sie neu für 200€ und Wandregale für insgesamt 50€ dalassen. Die Ablöse ist extra.

The room I'm leaving behind is a cozy 12.7 sqm – and yes, even with its compact size, it's got all the essentials covered. The window overlooks a tranquil courtyard, offering a lovely view of a beautiful tree.

Die Lage ist wirklich großartig! In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es Ärzte, Apotheken, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und man ist sehr schnell bei der Uni.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel:
Die öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung könnte nicht besser sein: Die Straßenbahnlinien 40 und 41 sind blitzschnell erreichbar und nach einem kurzen Spaziergang erreichst du auch die Linie 9. Wenn du zur U6 Station Währingerstraße, Volksoper möchtest, kannst du entweder die Straßenbahn nehmen oder in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß dort sein.

The location here is truly fantastic! You'll find doctors, pharmacies, shopping options, and you can get to university really fast.
Public Transportation:
Public transportation couldn't be better: Tram lines 40 and 41 are easily reachable, and after a short stroll, you can also catch line 9. To reach the U6 station at Währingerstraße, Volksoper, you can either take the tram or walk there in less than 10 minutes.

Besonders wichtig ist deinen zukünftigen Mitbewohner*innen Sabrina, Lena & Elias, dass du keine Zweck-WG suchst, sondern offen dafür bist, auch mal etwas gemeinsam zu unternehmen, sollt es sich ergeben.
Elias ist 22 und studiert Marktpsychologie; Lena ist 22 und mit ihrem BA in Publizistik fertig; Sabrina ist ebenfalls 22 und fängt jetzt mit Publizistik an.
Sie haben die ein oder andere WG Feier, aber natürlich nur nach Absprache - ein respektvolles Miteinander wird geschätzt ;)
