My large, bright room in good location will be available from July. It is 20 m² in size and is particularly bright thanks to the two windows, but still quiet. The room is fully furnished (couch, wardrobe, bed, desk, Kallax shelf) and the rest of the flat (kitchen with dishwasher/bathroom) is also fully equipped.
Die Wohnung ist super angebunden, man erreicht die U-Bahn Stationen Michelbeuern-AKH und Alser Straße in jeweils 5 Minuten. Mit den Straßenbahnlinien 42 und 43 ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten beim Schottentor und somit mitten in der Stadt.

The flat is very well connected, you can reach the underground stations Michelbeuern-AKH and Alser Straße in 5 minutes each. Tram lines 42 and 43 take you to Schottentor within 10 minutes, putting you right in the centre of the city.
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin Anna (33) macht ihren Master und arbeitet nebenbei, Ines (29) kommt aus Graz und lebt auch dort, arbeitet aber in Wien, weshalb sie meistens die halbe Woche in der Wohnung ist. Wenn jedoch beide zuhause sind, wird gerne bei uns in der Küche geplaudert und manchmal gemeinsam gekocht.

Your future flatmate Anna (33) is doing her Master's degree and works part-time, Ines (29) is from Graz and also lives there, but works in Vienna, which is why she is usually in the flat for half the week. However, when they are both at home, we like to chat in the kitchen and sometimes cook together.
