Ab 1. Oktober wird in unserer gemütlichen 4er WG ein Zimmer frei, da uns unsere Mitbewohnerin Josi im Oktober leider verlässt.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Wohnvorzimmer mit Essentisch und gemütlicher Couch. Durch die geräumige Küche mit Geschirrspüler!! kommt man ins große Badezimmer mit Badewanne.
Das WC ist getrennt vom Wohnvorraum aus begehbar. Die Wohnung ist mit Ausnahme der Küche und des Bades mit Fischgrätparkett ausgestattet.
Drei der vier WG-Zimmer sind zentral vom Wohnvorraum aus begehbar.
Das Zimmer ist etwa 20 m² groß, sehr hell und zentral über das Wohnvorzimmer begehbar. Die zwei großen Fenster sind gegen Süd-Westen ausgerichtet. Gesamtmiete mit allem beträgt nur 340 Euro, da es sich um ein Durchgangszimmer handelt. Bis jetzt haben es aber alle immer geschafft das Zimmer so einzurichten das der Durchgang ins andere Zimmer kaum auffält ;)

The apartment consists of a large living room with dining area and a comfortable couch. Through the spacious kitchen with dishwasher! you get into our large bathroom with bathtub.
The toilet is accessible from the entrance hall. Three of the four shared rooms are centrally accessible from the entrance hall.
The room is about 20 m², very bright and centrally accessible via the living anteroom. The two large windows are facing south-west. Total rent with everything amounts only to 340 euros, because another room is only accesible via this room.
Die WG liegt im wunderschönen Cottageviertel. Durch die Nähe zur U6 Währinger Str-Volksoper (zu Fuß in 10 min) und den 40er und 41er Stationen Martinstraße bzw Aumannplatz gleich ums Eck, ist die Wohnung verkehrstechnisch gut angebunden.
Weiters ist die S-Bahnstation Gersthof und die 9er Straßenbahnstation mit den beiden Straßenbahnen gut erreichbar.
In 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im wunderschönen Türkenschanzpark und bei der Boku. Auf der Einkaufsstraße Währingerstraße gibts vom Kutschkermarkt über DM, Bipa, Spar, Libro, wunderbare Buchhandlung usw. alles, was das Herz begehrt. Gleich um die Hausecke befindet sich ein Penny Supermarkt.

The flat is located in the beautifl cottage district. The U6 metro-station Währinger Str-Volksoper is reachable in 10 minutes by foot and the 40 and 41 tramstations Martinstraße and Aumannplatz is just around the corner, so the apartment is well connected by transport.
Furthermore, the S-Bahn station Gersthof and the tram station 9 with the two trams are easily accessible.
In 15 minutes you can walk in the beautiful Türkenschanzpark and the Boku. On the shopping street Währingerstraße is a DM, Bipa, Spar, Libro, wonderful bookstore, etc. everything your heart desires. Just around the corner is a penny supermarket.
In der WG wohnen derzeit zwei Mädels, Alexandra und Josi und zwei Burschen, Stefan und Gregor. Stefan hat gerade seine Masterarbeit in Elektrotechnik beendet, Gregor studiert an der Boku Landschaftsarchitektur und arbeitet nebenher. Alexandra arbeitet bereits fleißig und Josi verlässt uns leider :( :D
Wir kochen gern, trinken Bier oder sitzen einfach im Wohnvorzimmer und plaudern oder schauen fern. Genauso gerne unternehmen wir aber auch gemeinsam etwas.
Bisher war unsere WG wie eine kleine WG-Familie und es ist uns sehr wichtig, dass dies auch weiterhin so besteht. Wir suchen deshalb 1 nette neue MitbewohnerIn, dem/der eine gute WG-Gemeinschaft genauso wichtig ist wie uns und die gerne mit uns im Wohnzimmer chillen :)

Two girls, Alex and Josi and two boys, Stefan and Gregor, currently live in the WG. Stefan is currently writing his master's thesis in electrical engineering, Gregor is studying landscape architecture at Boku and working alongside. Alex is working full time and Josi sadly leaves us :( :D
We like cooking, drinking beer or simply sitting in the living room and chatting or watching TV. But we are just as happy to do something together.
Until now, our shared flat was like a small family and it is very important to us that this continues to exist. We are therefore looking for a nice new flatmate, for whom a good WG community is just as important as us and who like to chill with us in the living room :)
