I am renting out a 10m²-room in my 70m²-apartment in Vienna’s 18th district (Kreuzgasse). The room is furnished with a desk&chair, a small table, a shelf, a mattress and a clothes rack. We will share living room, kitchen (no dishwasher), bathroom&toilet and a separate toilet. The flat is very quiet and the windows open onto a green and wide backyard. There is a bathtub, a washing machine and the kitchen is fully equipped. On the ground floor of the building is a bike storage room.
Ich vermiete ein 10m²-Zimmer in meiner hellen 70m²-Altbauwohnung im 18. Bezirk (Kreuzgasse). Das Zimmer enthält Schreibtisch&Stuhl, einen kleinen Couchtisch, ein Regal, ein Kleiderständer und Matratze & Lattenrost. Das Fenster geht in einen weiten, ruhigen und begrünten Innenhof. Küche (kein Geschirrspüler), Wohnzimmer, Bad&WC und ein separates WC benützen wir gemeinsam. Es gibt eine Badewanne, eine Waschmaschine, eine komplette Küchenausstattung und alles, was es halt in einem voll ausgestattetem Haushalt so gibt. Im Erdgeschoß gibt es einen abschließbaren Fahrradabstellraum.
The main university of Vienna, the Boku, the University Campus at Altes AKH and the FH Campus Wien can be reached by public transport within 20 minutes. The nearest tram lines are 42 and 9; the underground-6-station "AKH-Michelbeuern" is a 10-minute-walk away.
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 20 Minuten mit Öffis von Hauptuni, dem Campus im Alten AKH, der Boku und der FH Campus Wien entfernt. Die nächstgelegenen Straßenbahnlinien sind 42 und 9, zur U6 "AKH-Michelbeuern" geht man 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
I am a full-time employee, occasionally working from home. I like to cook and enjoy having a glass of wine together in the evenings (only if you like).
I like my place to be tidy so we will share the cleaning work (once a week).
Smoking is not allowed in the flat, nor in the hallway, so the place is suitable for non-smokers only.
Ich bin berufstätig und arbeite manchmal von zu Hause aus. Ich koche gern und freue mich, wenn wir abends mal ein Glas Wein miteinander trinken (nur wenn du magst).
Ich mag‘s gern ordentlich, also werden wir uns mit Putzen einmal pro Woche abwechseln.
In der Wohnung und auch im Stiegenhaus darf nicht geraucht werden, daher nur für Nichtraucher*innen geeignet.
The rent includes electricity, heating, water, wifi and some consumables like cleaning materials, waste bags, toilet tissue, kitchen tissue, etc. It is payable monthly in advance.
The deposit is the rent of one month and will be returned to you when you move out provided there is no damage or loss of keys.
This flat share is ideal for exchange students staying in Vienna for one semester.
Short rental periods of 1 or 2 months are possible as well.
Die Miete enthält die Kosten für Strom, Heizung, Wasser, WLAN und einige Verbrauchsgüter wie WC-Papier, Reiningungsmittel, MIstsäcke, Küchenrolle, etc. Die Miete ist immer am Monatsersten zu zahlen.
Die Kaution beträgt eine Monatsmiete und wird beim Auszug rückerstattet, sofern keine Schäden vorliegen und die Schlüssel vollständig zurückgegeben werden.
Diese WG ist optimal für Austauschstudis, die für ein Semester nach Wien kommen möchten.
Eine kurze Mietdauer von ein oder zwei Monaten ist ebenfalls möglich.
