Das helle, möbelierte Zimmer mit einer Fläche von 26,1 m² ist typisch studentisch eingerichtet. Der Raum ist in 3 Teile geteilt:
- Chiller Area: Große Couch mit Platz für 4-5 Leute, ideal für Filmeabende mit Popcorn oder einfach entspannen vom Studium oder der Arbeit. Gegenüber der Couch ist ein 2x4 Kallax aufgestellt, wo ein Fernseher abgestellt werden kann.
- Arbeitsbereich: mit höhenverstellbaren Arbeitstisch, um auch zeitweise im Stehen zu arbeiten. Darüber hinaus befindet sich rechts vom Arbeitsbereich ein großes Kallax mit jede Menge Stauraum für Bücher und Arbeitsmaterialien. Dieser Arbeitsbereich eignet sich ideal, für intensive Lerneinheiten oder Homeoffice.
- Großes Bett: Das Bett ist 1,8m breit und ist sehr weich und bietet jede Menge komfort für eine entspannende und erholsame Nacht.
Das Zimmer hat auch noch einen großen Schrank, für alle möglichen Outfits. Genug Platz, um Hosen, Pullis, T-Shirts unterzubringen.

The bright, furnished room with an area of 26.1 m² is furnished in a typical student style. The room is divided into 3 parts:
- Chiller Area: Large couch with space for 4-5 people, ideal for movie nights with popcorn or simply relaxing from study or work. Across from the couch is a 2x4 Kallax, where a television can be placed.
- Work area: with a height-adjustable work table, so that you can also work temporarily while standing. In addition, to the right of the work area there is a large Kallax with plenty of storage space for books and work materials. This work area is ideal for intensive learning units or home office.
- Large bed: the bed is 1.8 m wide and is very soft and offers plenty of comfort for a relaxing and restful night.
The room also has a large closet for all kinds of outfits. Enough space to store trousers, sweaters, T-shirts.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die U6 (Nussdorfer Strasse) ist in unmittelbarer Nähe (3 Minuten Fußweg). Selten braucht man mehr als 30 Minuten, um von zu Hause zu einem bestimmten Ort in Wien zu kommen. Zum Schwedenplatz sind es 15-20 Minuten. Zum Meidlinger Bahnhof sind 15-20 Minuten. Zur Donauinsel sind es ca. 10-15 Minuten.
- Währinger Park ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt (Sportmöglichkeiten: Tischtennis, Basketball, Skaten, uvm.)
- Viele Bars und Clubs in der Nähe (Loco ist 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt).
- Apotheken, Supermärkte, Restaurant innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen.

The location is very good. The U6 (Nussdorfer Strasse) is in the immediate vicinity (3 minutes' walk). It rarely takes more than 30 minutes to get from home to a certain place in Vienna. It's 15-20 minutes to Schwedenplatz. The Meidlinger train station is 15-20 minutes. It is about 10-15 minutes to the Danube Island.
- Währinger Park is a 2-minute walk away (sports facilities: table tennis, basketball, skating, etc.)
- Lots of bars and clubs nearby (Loco is a 2 minute walk away).
- Pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants can be reached within 5 minutes on foot.
Die Mitbewohner sind Lorenz, 26 (Maschinenbau Student) und Robin, 27 (Wirtschaftsingeneur Student). Sie kommen beide ursprünglich aus Bayern (Ingolstadt und Augsburg). Wir suchen keinen Mitbewohner für eine Zweck-WG, es soll sich am WG-Leben beteiligt werden und es soll harmonieren.
Wir haben regelmäßig Abende, bei denen sich unsere Freunde mit uns treffen und wir ein paar Bierchen trinken. Auch die ein oder andere Party wird gerne bei uns veranstaltet, allerdings sind Robin und Lorenz keine "Dauerpartyleute". Es kommen durch die Studiengänge der beiden auch mal intensive Lerneinheiten zu stande, wodurch auch mal für ein paar Wochen nicht so viel stattfindet.
Sport macht die WG auch gerne. Laufen, Volleyball oder Basketball wird sehr gerne praktiziert.
Ordnung und Sauberkeit wird ernst genommen, es existiert zwar kein Putzplan, jedoch sollte ordentlich und pflegsam mit der Küche und dem Bad umgegangen werden.

The roommates are Lorenz, 26 (mechanical engineering student) and Robin, 27 (industrial engineering student). You are both originally from Bavaria (Ingolstadt and Augsburg). We are not looking for a roommate for a special purpose flat share, it should participate in the flat share life and it should harmonize.
We regularly have evenings where our friends meet with us and we have a few beers. We are also happy to host one or the other party, but Robin and Lorenz are not "permanent party people". The two courses of study also result in intensive learning units, which means that not so much takes place for a few weeks.
The flat share also likes to do sports. Running, volleyball or basketball are very popular.
Order and cleanliness are taken seriously, there is no cleaning schedule, but the kitchen and bathroom should be handled properly and carefully.
