TIME:
The room is avaiblable from now on and can be used for a long-term or unlimited period of time.
ROOM:
Cosy room with around 20 m² and endowd with a bed, couch, table, wardrobe.
FLAT:
The flat has a size of 195 m², a new kitchen, two new showers and two toilets. It's based at groundfloor with seven rooms which will make it easy to find friends and to explore the beautiful city.
LOCATION:
Theresiengasse is a dream location for students or exchange students of the Medical University of Vienna, BOKO, FH Wien, and the AKH due to its short walking distance.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
Excellent connections to the U6 Michelbeuern-AKH (Metro) due to 2 min working distance and other main tram lines to easily get around the city and attractions.
SHOPPING:
Martinstraße is just 5 min close and offers all grocery stores like Billa, Hofer, Bipa, Dens. In the itself AKH is also a Spar which is open from Monday-Sunday. Perfect if you miss something.
POOL:
There is also an indoor swimming pool "Jörgerbad" closely located to the flat which is based at Jörgerstraße 42-44 which offers great opportunites to relax and to some sport.
GYM:
On the opposite site of the flat is a gym called FIVE - Progressive Fitness which will save you time and keep you in a good shape during your stay.
CLEAINING:
Every week my cleaninglady Jasna is going to clean the kitchen, bathrooms, toilets, and corridors to make sure that the flat is in a clean and sober condition.
WASHING:
There is a new Miele washing machine which requires 2.50€ per run. The money will be used for the cleaning lady.
ARRIVAL, KEYS & DEPOSITt:
When you arrived and paid the deposit of 1000€, you will be passed the keys

Conveniently located within only 3 minutes to the U6 Michelbeuern-Akh or U6-Alserstraße.
The Tram-Lines 40,41,42 are also reachable within 5 minutes. Check out the location on Google Maps
The flat share is very relaxed, friendly and uncomplicated. If you have questions, we help each other and strife for the best.
Sometimes you have a coffee together and chat for a while. And every now and then we cook together and enjoy a glass of wine. Despite that everyone is busy in life and there is no pressure to engage in social activities.
We treasure respect for each other's needs such as silence on varying sleeping hours and cleanliness. The flat has two new bathroom, two toilets, a big new American kitchen and a small garden.
We are looking for a friendly and open-minded person who enjoys different nationalities and taking care of a nice and clean flat... This is not a Party flat, but we have some drinks together and simply go to nice clubs and bars :)
