Da ich für zwei Monate ins Ausland ziehe, würde ich gerne mein Zimmer in der Zwischenzeit untervermieten.
Das Zimmer ist eher klein aber bietet Platz für alles Lebensnotwendige (Bett, Tisch, Regal/Schrank). Durch die Dachschräge ist es sehr hell (keine Sorge es gibt eine Jalousie zum Verdunkeln wenn die Nacht mal kürzer war;)
Du bist im Untergeschoss der Maisonette-Wohnung, bei Bedarf gibt es noch jede Menge Stauraum entweder oben im Flur, unten unter der Treppe, in unserer Abstellkammer oder auch in unserem Keller-Abteil (wenn ich nicht den ganzen Platz aufgebraucht habe).
Ansonsten gibt es in der Wohnung ein großes Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine, Doppelwaschbecken, Fußbodenheizung(!), Dusche und Badewanne (außerdem gibt es noch eine zweite kleine Gästetoilette unten falls mal wer länger brauch:).
Die Küche ist unten und bietet alles was man so brauch (Spülmaschine, Toaster, Mixer, Kühlschrank, Tiefkühler....) Da wir jetzt schon seit über 6 Jahren eine WG sind ist eigentlich alles was man so brauch vorhanden.
Zugang zum Balkon hat man unten, entweder durch Arkas Zimmer oder für gelenkige durch Vronis Fenster. Wenn die beiden ihre Ruhe brauchen geht es halt nicht, bisher ist es aber noch nie gleichzeitig vorgekommen.
Meine Möbel würden im Zimmer bleiben, du müsstest also nur dein Gewand mitbringen :) Gegebenenfalls lasse ich dir auch noch ein paar Handtücher da.
Since I'm moving abroad for two months, I'd like to sublet my room in the meantime.
The room is rather small but there's enough space for the essentials (bed, desk, shelf).
It's fairly bright because of the roof slope, no need to worry if you've had a short night though - there are blinders ;)
You'd be staying in the lower floor of the maisonette flat. If needed there's some storage in the upstairs corridor, underneath the stairs, in the storage cabinet or the basement (if I haven't occupied all the options yet).
There is a big bathroom with a washing machine, double washbasin, floor heating, toilet, shower and bathtub (another toilet is located in the lower floor if somebody's taking a little longer:).
The kitchen offers everything you need (dishwasher, toaster, blender, fridge, freezer, etc.). Since this flatshare has existed for a while, there's virtually anything you need there.
The balcony can be accessed either through Arka's room or through Vroni's window (if you're flexible enough :). If they need some quiet time you won't be able to access the balcony but this shouldn't be a problem.
I'm going to leave my furniture in the room, if needed I could leave some towels for you there as well.
Die Wohnung ist im 18. Bezirk in der Nähe des AKHs. 40/41/42er Bims sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, zur U6 AKH brauchst du zu Fuß ca 8min. Die BOKU (Türkenschanze) ist 20-30 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, je nachdem wie schnell man ist.
Direkt um die Ecke gibt es Hofer, Billa, Bio-Denns, DM und eine Post + Bankomat, die Einkaufswege sind also ziemlich kurz.
The flat is in the 18th district close to the general hospital (AKH). The tram 40/41/42 are close by, the U6 station Michelbeuern/Allgemeines Krankenhaus is about 8 minutes away on foot. The main campus of BOKU is around 20-30 minutes away on foot, depending on your walking speed.
Just around the corner there are several supermarkets like Hofer, Billa, Bio-Denns, DM and an ATM so shopping trips won't take a long time either.

Er wohnt im größten Zimmer unten und macht gerade seinen PhD. Er arbeitet mal von Zuhause aus, mal vom Büro. Ansonsten geht er noch gerne und viel Fahrrad fahren.
Flo aka Floe Exotic:
Arbeitet als Krankenpfleger im AKH. Wenn du mit ihm auf ein Pink-Konzert gehst wäre er super glücklich, ansonsten singt er gerne unter der Dusche, in der Küche oder in seinem Zimmer (keine Sorge er hat eine sehr gute Stimme;).
Vroni aka DiVroni:
DiVroni schläft nicht, DiVroni bleibt früh wach. Manchmal wenn sie aufwacht verspürt sie eine tiefe Wut in sich (was ich ihr bisher noch nie angemerkt habe;). Arka hilft ihr beim rechten Winkel und zusammen mit Pia gewinnt sie gerne bei Dog.
Fabienne aka FabsiBabsi:
Unser jüngster Zuwachs in der WG. Sie arbeitet als Tanztherapeutin und würde sich wahnsinnig freuen, wenn sie dir Tarot Karten legen könnte.

He lives in the largest room in the lower floor and is currently working on his PhD. Sometimes he works from home, sometimes in the institute. Besides that he likes riding his bike among other things.
Flo aka Floe Exotic:
He works as a nurse in AKH. If you go to a Pink concert with him he'd be really happy. He likes singing under the shower, the kitchen or his room, don't worry though he's got a nice voice :)
Vroni aka DiVroni:
DiVroni doesn't sleep, DiVroni stays up early. Sometimes when she wakes up she feels a deep anger inside of her (which none of us have witnessed yet)
Fabienne aka FabsiBabsi:
Our latest addition to the flat. She works as a dance therapist and would love to start a tarot reading with you.
Es gibt einen Putzplan. Gewisse Sachen teilen wir alle gemeinsam ohne eine extra WG-Kasse zu haben, jeder achtet einfach darauf in regelmäßigen Abständen mal Klopapier, Öl usw zu kaufen.
Es gilt: Wenn was nervt dann sag es gleich bevor du dich aufregst!
There's a cleaning schedule. Certain things that everyone uses are shared. There's no register in the flat, everyone just makes sure they buy things like toilet paper, oil, etc every once in a while.
The general rule is: If something is bothering you just say it before you get annoyed.
