Helles, ruhiges 15 qm-Zimmer in 5er-WG mit großem Wohnzimmer zur Zwischenmiete

Die WG befindet sich in Währing, im 18. Bezirk, an einer sehr ruhigen kleinen Straße. Direkt um die Ecke befindet sich die Tram 42, mit der man innerhalb von 3 Minuten an der U6-Station Michelbeuern AKH ist (zu Fuß in 10 min), in 5 min an der Station "Währinger Str. Volksoper" und in 13 min im Zentrum der Stadt am Schottentor ist.
Direkt um die Ecke befindet sich der Johann-Nepomuk-Vogel-Platz mit Tischtennisplatten, einem Feinkostladen und mehreren Imbissen.
Mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man in 8 min den Türkenschanzpark, einer der schönsten Parks Wiens.
Klar gibt's auch genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - Penny und Bipa sind 1 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Währing ist eher ein entspannteres, ruhigeres und grünes Viertel, aber man ist dennoch total schnell im Zentrum, sowie in den Bezirken 7 und 8, wo es viele hippe Bars, Restaurants und Läden gibt!

The flat share is located in Währing, in the 18th district, on a very quiet little street. Tram 42 is right around the corner, which takes you to the U6 Michelbeuern AKH station in 3 minutes (10 min by walking), to the "Währinger Str. Volksoper" station in 5 min and to the city centre at Schottentor in 13 min.
Just around the corner is the Johann-Nepomuk-Vogel-Platz with table tennis tables, a delicatessen and several snack bars.
By bike you can reach the Türkenschanzpark, one of the most beautiful parks in Vienna, in 8 minutes.
Of course there are also plenty of shopping facilities - Penny and Bipa are 1 min away by foot.
Währing is a more relaxed, quiet and green neighbourhood, but you can still get to the centre very quickly, as well as to districts 7 and 8, where there are many hip bars, restaurants and shops!

Wir sind eine WG von 5 Leuten: Alan, Maria, Mo, Issa (und ich).
Alan und Maria teilen sich das größte Zimmer in der WG und sind das WG Pärchen.
Alan arbeitet im St. Art, einer der lässigsten Bars Wiens, wo wir als WG auch gerne mal zusammen auf einen Drink bei ihm vorbeischauen. Ab Oktober wird er sein Masterstudium aufnehmen. Alan ist unser "WG-Papa", er ist der handwerklich begabteste, kümmert sich um allgemeine, wichtige Angelegenheiten der WG.
Maria beginnt im Oktober mit ihrem Geographiemaster und hat den Sommer über in der besten Eisdiele Wiens gearbeitet. Sie ist die kreativste Person unserer WG und hat somit den Großteil unseres Wohnzimmers eingerichtet und gestaltet.
Mo und Issa sind der soziale Angelpunkt: Beide gute Zuhörer und immer darauf bedacht, dass es allen in der Wohnung gut geht und die Leute sich wohlfühlen - außerdem nehmen sie einen auf jede Party mit. Aber auch andere Aktivitäten wie Bouldern, Tischtennis ums Eck oder die Fußballschauabende stehen auf dem Programm.
Mo arbeitet zurzeit als Pfleger und Issa studiert an der Boku und kocht außerdem das beste Shakshuka und die besten Tajines der Welt.
Wir sind eine sehr gemeinschaftliche WG - jeder respektiert den Frei- und Privatraum der anderen, aber man trifft sich auf den ersten Kaffee in der Früh in der Küche oder auch abends im Wohnzimmer zum Essen und ein Gläschen Wein.
Wir haben einen Putzplan, wodurch jeder eine Aufgabe pro Woche zugeteilt bekommt und somit ist es bei uns immer angenehm sauber.

We are a shared flat of 5 people: Alan, Maria, Mo, Issa (and me).
Alan and Maria share the biggest room in the flat and are the flat-sharing couple.
Alan works at St. Art, one of the most casual bars in Vienna, where we also like to drop in together for a drink. He will start his Master's degree in October. Alan is our "WG dad", he is the most talented craftsman and takes care of general, important matters of the WG.
Maria starts her geography master's in October and has spent the summer working in the best ice cream parlour in Vienna. She is the most creative person in our flat-sharing community and has therefore furnished and designed most of our living room.
Mo and Issa are the social linchpin: both good listeners and always keen to make everyone in the flat feel comfortable - plus they take you to every party. But other activities like bouldering, table tennis around the corner or the football nights are also on the agenda.
Mo is currently working as a nurse and Issa is studying at the Boku and also cooks the best shakshuka and tajines in the world.
We are a very communal shared flat - everyone respects each other's free and private space, but we meet for the first coffee in the morning in the kitchen or in the evening in the living room for dinner and a glass of wine.
We have a cleaning schedule whereby everyone is assigned a task per week, so it's always pleasantly clean here.

Wir suchen nach einer offenen, sympathischen Person - bevorzugt ein Mädchen, da wir momentan 3 Jungs und 2 Mädchen sind und das in der Konstellation gut harmoniert - auch gerne jemand, der neu nach Wien kommt oder ein Erasmus macht oder einfach zur Zwischenmiete etwas sucht. We are looking for an open-minded person - preferably a girl, as we are currently 3 boys and 2 girls and the constellation harmonises well. Welcome is also someone who is new to Vienna like someone who is doing an Erasmus or is simply looking for a place for interim rent.
