Zimmer in Toplage des 18. Bezirks!
Das freie Zimmer ist ungefähr 13 m² groß, quadratisch geschnitten und hat ein großes Fenster mit freiem Blick Richtung Westen in den grünen Innenhof. Dadurch ist es schön hell und ruhig. Dalassen würde ich einen großen Schrank (im Foto sieht man ihn neben der Tür) - Ablöse verhandelbar.
Die WG besteht aus drei getrennt begehbaren Zimmern, einem Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine, einem WC, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Spühlmaschine, einem Wohnbereich mit Couch und einen großen Vorraum/Gang mit 6 Personen-Esstisch.
Die Wohnung liegt im 4ten Stock mit Lift, an einer nicht stark befahrenen Einbahnstraße und hat Fenster nach Osten und Westen.

The room is about 13m², almost square shaped and has a big window with view towards the west into the green courtyard. Therefore it's bright and quiet. I would leave the big wardrobe next to the door (seen in picture).
The flat consists of 3 rooms, a bathroom with washing machine and bathtub, a separat toilet, a full-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and living area with a couch and a big corridor with a dining table.
The flat is on the 4th floor (but we have an elevator) and on a one-way-street with windows towards east and west.
Öffentlich gibts die 40er und 41er (Aumanplatz) in 5min (auf die man selten länger als 5min wartet) und die 42er und 9er (Somarugagasse) in 3min. Die U6 (Volksoper) und S45 (Gersthof) sind in 10min Gehzeit zu erreichen.
In 2min Entfernung gibt es einen sehr großen Eurospar, andere Supermärkte sind so 5-8min entfernt. Zudem gibts es noch die Währingerstraße mit verschiedenen Geschäften zum Einkaufen fast direkt vor der Nase.
Das AKH ist ca. 15min zu Fuß entfernt.
Zur Hauptuni sind es ca. 20min, zur BOKU 15min zu Fuß.
Es gibt also alles, was man braucht in Gehweite und die Lage ist ruhig :)

- trams number 40 & 42 - station Aumannplatz are 5mins away
- trams number 42 & 9 - station Somarugagasse are 3mins away
- Subway U6 - station Volkstheater is 10mins away
- Train S45 - station Gersthof is 10mins away
The next supermarkt (Eurospar) is 2mins away by foot, other supermarkets are 5-8mins away. There is also the big shopping street "Währinger Straße" where you can find whatever you need 5mins away.
The general hospital Vienna (AKH + med uni) is 15mins away by foot, the main university of vienna 20mins by public transport and the BOKU university 15mins by foot as well.
So there is everything you need and still a quiet area.
Zusammenwohnen würdest du mit Sophie (28, arbeitet in einer IT Firma) und Crina (29, arbeitet in der Gastro). Da beide bereits arbeiten, ist es eher keine Party-WG, aber für ein Glas Wein oder gemütliches Zusammensitzen und zum gemütlichen Quatschen oder mal gemeinsam Kochen findet sich immer Zeit. In der WG sind auch einige Brettspiele vorhanden, da wir bisher auch immer mal wieder gemeinsame Spieleabende hatten.
Generell würden wir jemanden für einen längeren Zeitraum suchen, der/die auch Interesse an keiner reinen Zweck WG hat.

You would live together with Sophie (28, working in an IT - company) and Crina (29, also working in a restaurant). As both are working, it's not really a party flat. But both are in for a glass of wine, cooking together or a chat. There are also a lot of boardgames in the flat, so we also had some board game nights in the past.
In general we would love to find someone who would stay for a longer period of time and also would be interested in socializing.
Im Haus gibt es einen ebenerdigen Fahrradkeller und einen Aufzug.
