Your room is with 10m2 not the biggest, but the flatmates are very warm and welcoming. The Room is fully equipped with a bed, a table, a wardrobe and a cabinet. The flat is very big and there is much space, the common room is the place where we mostly hang out (30m2) and we also hat a Netflix Corner and a big balcony, where we often sit in the evenings.
The daylight shines very bright through the big window in your room, and because of the fact that the flat is isolated very well, it doesn't really get hot in the summer but is warm in the winter. We also have an AC in the common room.
With our internet (150mbit/s) you can call your relatives and friends at home very fast (or maybe do other things like Netflixing etc ;)
We live 5 Minutes by foot or 2 min by bike from Bodenkultur University. With public transport you are within 20 min in the inner city. The underground U6 and U4 are 7 min by bike.
We live next to a very great park with many activities to do. (Türkenschanzpark)

Julia, 24, studies nursing and volunteers as first aid attendant (Contact person)
Kathi, 23, studies Business Informatics and likes reading and playing volleyball. She also has a dog, who stays with us once or twice a week.
Sofie, 25, and Inger, 23, are from Norway and study landscape architecture at Boku as Erasmus students until July.
We like to sit together in the evenings and just talk over some beer, wine, tee etc (drinks of your choice), cook together and therefor are not just functional room sharing group. We also love pasta. If you are looking for cozy evenings and game nights, write us a message!
We have had great experiences with Erasmus students so far, that 's why we are looking especially for you:). My former flatmate is moving out because he only stayed for one Erasmus semester. We are vegetarian, but we don't mind if you eat "normal". We also had a cleaning schedule, which worked great and we would like to keep it that way. If you must smoke, please only do so on the balcony. We are only searching for people with flat sharing experience.
Facilities: Dishwasher, Washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, big freezer, whiteboard, piano, alcohol, record player, balcony, shower, tub, two toilets etc etc etc (just have a look at the pictures) If you have a bicycle, you are welcome to store it in our cellar. We also speak German, but are only looking for people, who do not have German as their first language, as we are trying to improve our English. (Ofc if you want to learn German, we are happy to practice with you.)
