Dein neues Zimmer ist 20m2 groß, hat einen schönen Parkettboden, ist südseitig gelegen mit Blick in den Garten. Absolute Ruhelage also, manchmal kannst du sogar den Eichhörnchen beim klettern zuschauen. Neben deinem zukünftigen gemütlichen Zimmer gibt es noch zwei weitere WG Zimmer, Küche, Bad mit Badewanne, eine Speisekammer, einen Abstellraum (also sehr viel Platz!) und ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer, das den Mittelpunkt der Wohnung bildet und zum gemeinsamen beisammen sitzen einlädt. Zusätzlich gibt es einen Gemeinschaftsgarten, ein Kellerabteil, eine Waschküche, einen Fahrradkeller und einen Trockenraum.
***Your new room is 20m2 big, has parquet floors, located on the south side with a view on the garden. It‘s really quiet, sometimes you can watch the squirrels run up the trees. Besides your cozy room there are two more rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with a tub, a pantry, a storage room (plenty of room!) and the shared living room which is the center of the flat and invites to hang out together. On top of that, there‘s a communal garden, a basement, laundry room, bicycle storage room, and a room to hang your laundry.***
Das Cottageviertel ist wirklich wie ein kleines Paralleluniversum in Wien. Eine ruhige grüne Oase nur 20 min vom Schottentor entfernt. Der Türkenschanzpark und die BOKU sind gleich ums Eck, auch der Währingerpark ist nur 5 min entfernt. Die Währingerstraße in der nähe bietet allerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Peter zieht mit zwei Studienkollegen zusammen, weshalb sein Zimmer frei wird.
Dein neuer WG Kollege Fabi kommt aus dem nahegelegenem Bayern, studiert an der Hauptuni BWL und arbeitet nebenbei. Außerdem macht er gerne Sport und ist allgemein ein aktiver und geselliger Mensch. Obwohl er immernoch an seinem Durchbruch als (semi)professioneller Feldhockeyspieler arbeitet, trinkt er sehr gerne Bier. Hat gerne mal einen guten oder schlechten Witz (die Meinungen gehen da auseinander) parat.
Ananya kommt ursprünglich aus Indien und ist kürzlich neu eingezogen. Sie arbeitet bei einem Auktionshaus in Wien, weshalb sie alle Fragen zu Kunst und Kultur beantworten kann.

Your new flatmate Fabi is from Bavaria, studies BWL at Hauptuni and works half time. He enjoys doing sports, he’s an active and chatty lad. Even though he‘s still working on his break through as a semi-professional hockey player, he loves drinking a beer or two. He also knows how to tell a good or sometimes bad joke (opinions might differ).
Ananya is originally from India and is working at an auction house in Vienna, so she can answer you all questions regarding art & culture.

Der 40A wird dein neuer bester Freund. Innerhalb von 20min bringt er dich vorbei an der U6 zum Schottentor. Der 37A bringt dich nach Spittelau zur U4.
Die Bim Linien 40/41/37/38 können alle innerhalb von 10 Gehminuten erreicht werden.
Die nächste U-bahn Station ist die Nussdorferstraße U6. Hier gehst du 10 min zu Fuß durch den Währingerpark. Auch zur S-Bahn Gersthof brauchst du 15 Minuten zu Fuß.

The 40A will be your new best friend. Within 20 minutes it takes you past the U6 and right to Schottentor. The 37A takes you to Spittelau U4.
The tram lines 40,41,37,38 are all reachable within a 10 minute walk.
The next Metro Station is Nussdorferstraße U6. You‘ll walk 10 minutes through Währingerpark to reach it. To the S-Bahn Gersthof you‘ll need 15 minutes as well.***
