The room is 15 meters square, with a comfortable bed, two big closets with enough storage. The room faces the street that has many trees planted, although it faces the street, it is still very much quite since there is no metro, trams crossing in-front of your room (they are at the back of the apartment) and the district itself is a quite place.
The location is perfect. Schnell-Bahn S45 is 2 minutes walk which sends you to the city center. Or you can take the bus which is right across the apartment (1 min walk) that has connection directly to the city center. The night bus also stops directly to the front door of the apartment and it goes 24 hours Fridays and Saturdays.
Billa is 3 mins walk away from the apartment, Hofer is 7 minutes walk away, and we have two food stores that stay open daily until 24:00 o'clock.
Turkenscheinpark is reached in a 10 minute walk, whereas the apartment is perfect for Boku students or students of Modul University since they are in a 10 minutes walking distance.
The apartment areas is safe, quite, and very green surrounded by parks, with a perfect connection to the city center or other places.
Pietro comes from Italy and will start his studies soon on the TU. He's nice and tidy. There will be another tenant moving in soon who is 20 years old and will start his studies at BOKU.
