Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, da es ein großes Fenster hat und eine eigene Balkontüre. Das Zimmer wird möbliert übergeben, jedoch besteht die Möglichkeit die Möbel auszutauschen. Auch in der Küche hat jeder ausreichend Platz im Kühlschrank und ein eigenes Fach für Lebensmittel.

Everyone has enough space in the fridge and their own compartment for groceries in the kitchen.
Die Wohnung ist 300 m von der U-Bahn Station Spittelau entfernt, somit ist man in 5 min bei der U4 , U6 und der D. Auch die 37er und 38er sind in der Nähe. Die Haupt Uni und die TU sind in 25 min zu erreichen, die WU in 35 min und die BOKU in nur 15 min.

The apartment is 300 m from the Spittelau underground station, so it takes 5 minutes to get to the U4, U6 and the D. The 37 and 38 are also nearby. The main university and the TU can be reached in 25 minutes, the WU in 35 minutes and the BOKU in just 15 minutes.
Wir sind eine gemischte WG mit 8 Leuten, die sich gut verstehen. Wenn wer Zeit hat wird gerne in der Küche oder am Balkon ein Glas Wein, ein Bier oder ein Tee getrunken. Die meisten Studieren und Arbeiten somit sind wir viel beschäftigt - das macht die Wohnung angenehm ruhig, jedoch sind wir auch immer motiviert mal auszugehn. ;)

We are a mixed shared flat with 8 people who get along well. If you have time, you can have a glass of wine, beer or tea in the kitchen or on the balcony. Most of the time we are studying or working, so we are busy - this makes the apartment pleasantly quiet, but we are always motivated to go out. ;)
Einen Putzplan gibt es nicht, da einmal die Woche ein Reinigungs Team kommt und die gemeinsamen Räume putzt, somit ist jeder nur für sein eigenes Zimmer zuständig.
