The room is fully furnished and has a size of 30m2.
3 students live in the flat: I'm Clemens, Austrian, 25, student of IT at Technikum Wien and working in parallel for an IT company. Marco, Italian , 24, working very hard on his PhD in Physic at IST and Albert, 22, who is starting his own little enterprise.
We share the bathroom (shower and bathtub) and the large kitchen with an eating table for 8.
There is a tram stop not 1 minute from the apartment. Line 37 is a direct line to the city center - some 15 mins and you are there (e.g. Vienna University - Hauptuni). If you walk for 5 mins you reach the underground (U4 Spittelau) which takes to Vienna city center in 5 mins.
Within easy reach are two parks (Wertheimstein Park and Türkenschanzpark) if you like jogging.
To buy food there is the choice of 3 supermarkets within a couple of minutes in foot.
I'm Clemens, Austrian, 24, and I study IT at Technikum Wien.
There is Natan, French, 20, who work on his university entry exam and Viviana, Italian, 22, who studies law.
