Grüß euch, liebe Leute!
Wir, drei warmherzige Menschen (Kunststudentin, Schlagzeuglehrer und Gewässertechniker) suchen eine*n humorvolle*n, unkomplizierte*n und lebenslustige*n Mitbewohner*in, die/der von 9. Juli bis Ende September Lust hat, in unserer schönen Wohnung zu leben. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit, nur 2 der 3 Monate in der Wohnung zu leben.
Das helle Eckzimmer ist etwas größer als 24m2 und wird möbliert übergeben. Wohnküche, Bad und separates Klo sind direkt nebenan.
Die große Wohnküche ist Mittelpunkt des Geschehens, in der gemeinsam gekocht, gelacht und getanzt werden kann. Auch der Spritzweinkonsum kommt nicht zu kurz. ;) Abstinenz ist aber auch gut.
Unseren Garten pflegen und genießen wir gemeinsam. Pflanzenfreaks sind willkommen sich frei zu entfalten. Strömet herbei!

Hey Guys!
We, three warm-hearted people (art student, drum teacher, waters engineer) are looking for a humorous, uncomplicated, fun flat mate, who wants to live in our nice flat from the 9th of July until the end of September. There´s also the possibility of living in the flat just 2 out of 3 months.
The bright room is about 24m2 big and furnished. Kitchen, bathroom and separate toilette are located directly besides the room.
The kitchen, with integrated living room, is the heart of the flat, where we like to cook, laugh and dance together. We care a lot for our beautiful garden, where we enjoy most of our time in summer. Plant-loving-people are very welcome to join us!
Die Wohnung befindet sich im schönen 19. Bezirk nahe der Döblinger Hauptstraße. In nur 2 Minuten Entfernung findet man alles was man zum täglichen Leben braucht (Billa, DM, Hofer, Spar, etc.). Die Straßenbahnlinien 37 und 38 und die Buslinien 10A und 35A sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Öffentlich ist man so in 10 Minuten an der Hauptuni und an der BOKU.
Nur 5-10 Minuten braucht man zu Fuß zu den U-Bahn Stationen Spittelau (U4, U6) und Nußdorfer Straße (U6). Kurz gesagt: Super Lage!
Naturliebhaber*innen finden in den nahegelegenen Parks (Türkenschanzpark, Wertensteinheimpark, Währinger Park, Wiener Wald, Kahlenberg) und dem wohnungseigenen Garten genügend Grünflächen zum Wohlfühlen.

The 130m2 flat is located in the 19. district close to Döblinger Hauptstraße. You only have to walk 2 minutes to find everything you need to live (Billa, DM, Hofer, Spar, etc.). The tram lines 37 an 38 and the bus lines 10a and 35a are within spitting distance. By public transport you only need 10 minutes to the University of Vienna and to the BOKU. To the subway stations Spittelau (U4, U6) and Nußdorfer Straße (U6) its just a 5-10 minutes walk.
Nature lovers can enjoy the nearby parks (Türkenschanzpark, Wertensteinheimpark, Währinger Park, Wiener Wald, Kahlenberg) and of course our garden, that belongs exclusively to our flat.
Die WG besteht aus 2 Niederösterreicher*innen und einem Oberösterreicher, die das Leben genießen und außerhalb der Lern-/Arbeitszeit auch gerne zusammen fortgehen, Film schauen, basteln, garteln etc. Trotzdem findet jede*r genügend Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Wir selbst sind herzlich, bodenständig und weltoffen und freuen uns auf ein paar schöne, lustige Monate mit dir!

There are living 2 lower austrians and one upper austrian in the shared apartment, who enjoy going out, watching movies, painting, working in the garden … together. However, of course everybody has enough space for privacy. We are hearty, down-to-earth and cosmopolitan and are looking forward to spend a few fun and nice months with you!
