Ein Zimmer wird derzeit von einem jungen Mann bewohnt und wir suchen einen zweiten Mieter.
Die zentrale Lage in der Heiligenstädter Straße bietet einen guten Anschluss an zahlreiche öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (U6, U4, D, 38, 37, 37A).
Vermietung gerne auch kurzfristig und monatsweise.

Nice room with furniture close to Spittelau for rent!
We are looking for a second roommate for the young man we already have.
The appartment has a very large living room (30m²) and two seperate rooms (10 m² each). All rooms have a wooden floor and are renovated and clean. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking, dishwasher and washing mashine are included in the price as well. The same with electricity, gas and internet. We can provide bedsheets, towels, etc. if needed.
The appartment is located in a very central area (distance to city center 15 min.) and has perfect access to public transportation (U6, U4, D, 38, 37, 37A).
We are very flexible and spontanous about renting out. Renting out for only one month is also an option.
