Es wird ein Zimmer für 270€ (monatlich) mit 12 m2 ab Anfang Juli bis Ende August/Anfang September vermietet (in der Miete sind auch die Nebenkosten enthalten).
Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert mit Schrank, Schreibtisch und Bett. Vom Zimmerfenster aus gibt es einen Blick in einen Innenhof mit schönem Blick ins Grüne.
Die Wohnung ist vollausgestattet mit Küche, Klo und Bad separat und einem Gang, der die Zimmer verbindet. Weiters verfügen wir ein Backrohr, Geschirrspüler, Backrohr, Badewanne/Dusche, Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach, Wlan ect. Unteranderem gibt es auch die Möglichkeit ein Fahrrad im Keller des Wohngebäudes abzustellen.

I rent my flat share room (12m2) from the 1. July till to the end of august, for 270€ montly. In the rent the additional costs are included. The room is fully furnished like in the picture, with wardrobe, desk and bed. From the window you have a pretty view to the courtyard wiht a beautiful tree.
The appartment is fully equipped with citchen, WC and a separatly badroom and a corridor which connects the rooms. We also have a baking oven, dishwasher, shower/bathtub, fridge with freezer, Wlan etc.
It gives either the possibility to place your bicycle in the cellar or outside.
Allgemein ist es eine eher ruhige Wohnlage mit guter Lage zur Innenstadt. Man ist auch schnell im Grünen. Der Türkenschanzpark liegt nicht weit weg und es gibt auch die gute Gelegenheit nach Grinzing zu spazieren oder mit der Straßenbahn zu den vielen Heurigen zu fahren.
Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Billa, Spar und DM sind in 5-10 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die U6 Nußdorferstraße sowie U4 Heiligenstadt sind beide mit den Öffis in 10-15 zu erreichen. Die Straßenbahn 38 und 37 sind nicht weit entfernt und man ist mit ihnen in ca. 20 min beim Schottentor und somit in der Innenstadt.

The location of the appartment is silent and you have a good connection to the citycenter. You have also a short way to the countryside or Parks like the Türkenschanz-Park, Wertheimstein Park. Not far away lies the quarter Grinzing. There you can walk by food or take the tram. It's a nice place with the typical vienna resaturants "Heuriger", where you can eat delicious and drink regional wine.
Near to the appartment it gives a few supermarkets (Billa, Spar) and also a Drugststore(Dm) and other shopping facilities are attainable in 5-10 min on foot. The subway U6 and U4 you can reach in 10 min wiht the tram or bus. The tram 38 and 37 are close, with them you are in 20 min in the citycentre (Schottentor).

Ich, Tobias(Student) bin über die Sommermonate zu Hause und würde mein Zimmer über dem Sommer zwischenvermieten.
In der Wohngemeinschaft leben noch zwei weitere Mitbewohner, Christian(26) und Andreas(21). Sie sind ganz umgänglich und unkompliziert. Beide studieren hier und sind im Sommer auch in der Wohnung. Christian studiert UBRM im Master auf der Boku und Andreas studiert Politikwissenschaften und Sprachwissenschaften auf der Uni Wien. Man kann gut mit ihnen plaudern, es besteht auch die Möglichkeit gemeinsam zu kochen, sich bei einem Getränk in der Küche oder in Christians Zimmer auf der Couch, zu unterhalten .

Hello to all which seeks an appartment :)
I'm Tobias (Student) and I stay at home during the summer and so i will sublease my flatshare room in this period.
In the flatshare live two other flatmates, Christian(26) and Andreas(21). They are easygoing, reliable and affable. Both are studying here and living in the appartment in summer, maybe not all the time. Christian studies Enviromental-Management and Andreas studies Political-science and Philology. You can talk good wiht them, you also have the possibility to cook togehter or drink something in the citchen or on the couch in Christians room, when you ask him.
