From besinning of June I am renting out a room in my apartment. So I am looking for a new (female) roommate 🙂
The apartment is located in the 19th district on the edge to the 9th district.
Within 5-10 min you can be at either Spittelau or Nußdorfer Straße. You can also reach the apartment with the tram 37 and 38.
3-5 min there is also a Billa, DM, Spar and Hofer.
Your room would be around 16m2 and together we will be sharing an balcony facing the neighboring park.
There cellar in the basement where you can store however much you need 🙂
The rent is 375€ warm including WiFi. Deposit: 500€
And about me: my name is Emelie Bexelius, 24 turning 25, I’ve been living in Vienna since 2017 and am at the end of my bachelors in architecture at TU Wien. Next to my studies I am also working part-time at Ikea. I am a calm, happy and helpful person, who loves to spend my spear time outdoors together with my boyfriend or friends. I love spending time outdoors nicking or together with friends cooking or chilling.
I do speak both English, German and Swedish.

Ab Anfang Juni vermiete ich einem Zimmer in meiner Wohnung. Ich suche nach eine freundliche Mitbewohnerin.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 19. Bezirk an die Grenze zum 9. Bezirks.
Innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten können Sie entweder spittelau oder Nußdorfer Straße erreichen. Sie erreichen die Wohnung auch mit den Straßenbahnen 37 und 38.
3-5 min weg gibt es eine Billa, DM, Spar und Hofer.
Ihren Zimmer ist ca. 16m2 groß und hell. In die Wohnung gibt es auch eine Balkon nach Osten, auf dem wir den Währinger Park sehen können.
Es gibt ein Keller, wo Sie viel aufbewahren können, wenn Sie brauchen 🙂
Die Miete beträgt 375€ warm inklusive WiFi. Kaution: 500€
Und über mich: Mein Name ist Emelie Bexelius, 25, ich wohne seit 2017 in Wien und bin jetzt am Ende meine Architekturstudium. Nebenbei arbeite ich auch bei Ikea! Ich bin eine ruhige, glückliche und freundliche Person. Meiner Freizeit verbringe ich gerne draußen - entweder. Ich verbringe aber auch gerne Zeit kochen oder mit Freunden.
