The room for rent is around 13qm and equipped with a bed, dresser, wardrobe, bookcase, desk and chair. It is super quiet as the apartment is the last house and you look right into the garden. Therefore the only noise will be the birds in the morning. The flat is located on the ground floor but dont worry we never had any issues and its nice when you dont have to carry your stuff upstairs😄
The apartment is in the 19th district. Right infront of the flat is the tram station 38 and Bus station 35a. Bus station for 10a is 5min away. In 8min walking time you can reach the subway station Spittelau with the lines U4 and U6. Or you can walk in 10min to Nussdorferstraße (also U6).
There is a supermarket (Billa) and DM right on the street (2min walking time).
To WU it takes you around 35min by tram and subway.
To Hauptuni it takes you 15min by tram.
Its a 15min walk to Türkenschanz Park or to the Donaukanal
At the moment me (Alina, f, 24) and Marie (f, 24) live here. We are friends since high school therefore we always had a pretty chilled apartment life. We like to spend a evening together watching trash tv, or invite friends for drinks. But we also know when to give each other space. As I am leaving the apartment for a semester abroad, Marie will be your roomate. She is a very social person, loves to meet friends, going out or travel around. Shes very easy to live with and very tidy. We would love a roomate that wants to keep the shared spaces clean as well.
