wunderschönes WG-Zimmer mit Balkon ab 15. Jänner

Die Lage der Wohnung ist fantastisch - die Bim D fährt direkt vor dem Haus vorbei (13min bis Schottentor) und die U-Bahn-Station Spittelau ist 5min zu Fuß entfernt, dort hat man zwei Linien (U4 und U6) und ist in weniger als 10min im Stadtzentrum und ist auch sehr gut mit jeder Universität in Wien verbunden.

Außerdem ist der Donaukanal nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt, wenn du also gerne spazieren gehst oder joggst, ist dies die perfekte Wohnung für dich!

The location of the flat is amazing - the tram D passes right outside the building (13min to Schottentor) and the metro station Spittelau is 5min walking distance, there you have two lines (U4 and U6) and are in the city centre in less than 10min and are also very well connected with every university in Vienna.

Other than that, Donaukanal is 5min by foot from the apartment, so if you enjoy walking or jogging, this is a perfect place for you!

Wir sind eine 8-Personen-WG (klingt schlimmer als es ist :)) und jeder von uns hat sein eigenes Zimmer, während wir uns zwei WCs, zwei Duschen, eine große Küche und einen Balkon teilen.

Du wirst mit Fatih (21) aus Österreich, Andrei (30) aus Rumänien, Alina (24) aus der Slowakei, Alina (21) aus Moldawien und Salar (24) aus Syrien zusammenleben. Alle studieren, einige arbeiten nebenbei, aber wir sind eine nette internationale Gemeinschaft. Wir machen nicht viel Party, aber wir sitzen gerne mal abends bei Tee oder Wein zusammen. Ab und zu kochen wir auch gerne zusammen.

We are a 8-people WG (sounds worse than it really is :)) and each of us have their own room, whereas we share two wcs, two showers, one big kitchen and a balcony.

You will be living with Fatih (21) from Austria, Andrei (30) from Romania, Alina (24) from Slovakia, Alina (21) from Moldova, and Salar (24) from Syria. Everyone studies, some are working next to it, but we are a nice international community. We don’t party much, but we like occasionally to sit together in the evening with some tea or wine. From time to time we also like to cook together.

Was die Reinigung angeht - für alle Gemeinschaftsbereiche (Gang, Küche, Toiletten und Duschen) haben wir eine Putzfrau, die einmal in der Woche kommt. Jeder reinigt sein eigenes Zimmer.

Und das Beste zum Schluss - die Miete beträgt 340€ (warm). Die Kaution beträgt 900€ und die Vertragsgebühr beträgt 150€. Da unsere Wohnung von einer Firma vermietet wird, wird alles, was kaputt geht, rechtzeitig und ohne zusätzliche Kosten für dich ersetzt. Da der Einzugstermin der 15. Januar ist, beträgt die Miete für Januar natürlich 170€.

Regarding the cleaning - for all the common parts (hallway, kitchen, toilets and showers) we have a cleaning lady who comes once a week. Everyone cleans their own room.

And the best for the last - the rent is 340€ (warm aka all included). Kaution is 900€ and you have to pay 150€ for closing the contract. Since our flat is rented by a company, all the things that get broken get replaced in a timely manner and with no extra costs for you. Since the move in date is 15. of January, the rent for January is obviously 170€.
