The room is furnished with the basics - a bed, closet, desk, night side table, etc which has been left in the room and is being sold by the previous owner.
The contract is for at least 1 year and the room cannot be subletted so we cannot accept short term renters, please dont apply unless you can stay long term.
We live in a new building right next to the Donau, very close to Prater and Augarten as well.

We are a WG made up of 5 internationals. We’ve got a nice apartment on the top floor right next to the sauna
We are Marat, 34 from Russia/Germany, Yann, 25 from France, Alix, 24 from the U.S., and Guada who is 22 from Argentina. We are currently looking for a new roommate to replace our lovely roommate who moved back to Italy in February. We very flexible about the move in date - the room is free now, you can also move in a few months. Since some of us are just starting to learn German we speak in English together.
We’re all pretty busy with work and hobbies but we still find time to go out to eat Ethiopian food, hike Kahlenberg, check out a museum exhibits, cook dinner together, throw the occasional party, and then of course have a large communal cleaning session afterwards
