Hi! I am Laura. I would like to sublet my 15.76m^2 room for August. The room has a nicely placed desk with a pretty view, a queen-sized bed, a closet, and drawers for your things.
The apartment is located in the 2nd District, just 8 mins from the U1, 3 mins from the 11A/B buses, and 8-10 mins from O, D, and 5 trams.
We have markets like Billa, Penny Markt, and Hofer just 3 mins away, as well as a pharmacy 4 mims away.
We have the great Danube and the Donauinsel just 15 mins walking distance where you can swim, run, cycle, or walk around:) We are also only 15-20 mins from the Inner Stadt.
Overall it is a quiet neighborhood with lots of young families.
I live with Radu. He is 22 years old, and works and studies at Uni Wien. He is usually working or at school all day, and loves to come home to relax and cook dinner. On weekends, he is usually home and likes to relax in his room, as i usualy take over the couch. We are a team, we respect each other’s spaces, as well as the common areas, which we try to keep clean and tidy. He is very friendly, but also likes to have his own space and time for himself at home. Of the two of us, he is the German speaking one in the apartment.
Our building is newer so it has a lift and is well insulated. It also has a bike garage if needed.
I am flexible about the dates, if you wish to stay less time, we can discuss how long your stay is:)
