Auf der anderen Straßenseite gibt es einen Spar. BILLA Plus, Lidl und Hofer sind nur 5 Fußminuten entfernt. FH Technikum Wien 5 Radminuten entfernt und BOKU 8 Radminuten. Die anderen Unis sind in ca. 15 Minuten ebenfalls gut erreichbar, in 15 Minuten im Stadtzentrum.
