Die Wohnung ist im 1. Stock eines Altbaus, weil gegenüber keine Häuser sind kommt viel Licht und vor allem am Nachmittag direkte Sonne rein.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 12m2 groß und hat ein Fenster zum Hof, es ist deswegen sehr ruhig. Andere Seite von der Wohnung, deswegen gibts hier Vormittagssonne.
Zusätzlich gibt es ein großes, helles Wohnzimmer (22m2) mit Sofa, Fernseher, Esstisch und ein bisschen Stauraum.
Bad und Küche sind klein aber fein und recht frisch renoviert.
Öffentlich sehr gut angebunden, zu Fuß sind es je 2 min zu U6, 5B und 31er und 10 min zur U4.
Billa Plus, Penny, Lidl, Spar und Apotheken sind in ~5 Gehminuten erreichbar, ein Hofer und Bipa in 10.
Mit dem Rad ist man in ~20min in den Innenbezirken, ich fahr immer den Donaukanal und dann den Ring entlang, also ganz nett und alles mit Radwegen. Außerdem ist man in 10 min beim Augarten und auf der Donauinsel, was im Sommer sehr cool ist!
Ich bin Rosa, 21 Jahre und studiere Informatik an der TU. Außerdem spiele ich Fußball und bin politisch tätig!
Ich verbringe gerne Zeit unter Menschen, lade oft Leute zu mir ein und lern auch gerne neue Leute kennen :) Ich will keine Zweck-WG, schätze aber auch meine Privatsphäre. Und ich koche gerne!
Die Wohnung ist schon jetzt frei, ein Einzug wäre ab Anfang Juli möglich. Das ist aber flexibel, August oder September sind auch möglich. Nebenkosten sind ca. 40€ je nach Stromabrechnung. (Wir haben nur Strom, kein Gas.) WLAN und Disney+ Zugang sind inkludiert :)
