Sept + Okt: Helles und ruhiges Zimmer Nähe U4 Friedensbrücke und Augarten

Hallo liebe Zimmersuchende,

Ab dem 26.08. bis zum 30.10.2023 wird ein Zimmer in unserer 3-er WG im 20. Bezirk frei!
Zusammen leben wirst du mit Fabiana und Maiwand. Fabiana wohnt seit einigen Jahren in Wien und beendet gerade ihren Master in Politikwissenschaften. Sie interessiert sich für feministische Themen, Fahrradfahren & Campen und kochen. Maiwand ist Ur-Wiener und macht gerade seinen Master in Biochemie. Er düst gerne mit seinem Fahrrad über die Donauinsel, kümmert sich liebevoll um die Wohnungspflanzen und kocht auch gerne.

Wir legen viel Wert auf eine freundliche, entspannte Atmosphäre & verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander. Wir kochen oft für- und miteinander, fahren schwimmen auf die Donauinsel oder begarteln unsere neu verpatete Baumscheibe vor unserem Haus. Der Kühlschrank ist öfters gut gefüllt, da Fabiana viel Gemüse etc. vom Foodsharing mitbringt.

Rassismus, Sexismus, Homophobie und jegliches anderes diskriminierende Verhalten tolerieren wir nicht.

Billie wird aus dem Zimmer ausziehen und wir möchten wir das Zimmer untervermieten. Ein- und Auszugsdatum sind flexibel. Am liebsten würden wir gerne einen Menschen finden, wer den ganzen Zeitraum über bleiben könnte. Falls es aber anders passt, dann ist das auch ok. Es gibt auch eine Möglichkeit, dass das Zimmer im Anschluss unbefristet weitervermietet werden kann, dafür müssen sich aber noch ein paar planungstechnische Dinge klären. :)

Das Zimmer ist ca. 13 qm groß, hat einen schönen Dielenboden und ein Fenster zum Hof raus (mit Blick auf einen Kastanienbaum). Es hat auch eine Wandnische, in die eine Kleiderstange und ein Regal eingebaut ist. Das Zimmer ist auch des weiteren möbeliert: Im Zimmer befinden sich ein Sofa, ein Couchtisch, einige kleine Kasten zum Sachen verstauen, ein Schreibtisch und eine schöne Lampe. Eine dünne Matratze befindet sich auch im Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist nicht besonders hellhörig und liegt in der hinteren Ecke von der WG.

Unsere Wohnung ist ca. 83qm groß, ist im 3. Stock und daher ziemlich hell. Die Küche ist hat Gasherd, elektrischen Ofen und eine Spülmaschine. Klo und Bad sind getrennt, das Bad hat eine Badewanne.

From 26.08. to 30.10.2023 a room in our 3-person shared apartment in the 20th district is available!
You will live together with Fabiana and Maiwand. Fabiana has been living in Vienna for a few years and is currently finishing her Master's degree in political science. She is interested in feminist issues, cycling, hiking & camping and cooking. Maiwand is currently finishing his Master in Biochemistry. He likes to cycle around the Danube Island and go for swims, lovingly takes care of the apartment plants and also enjoys cooking.

We value a accepting, kind and relaxed atmosphere & enjoy spending time together. Communication is very important to us. We often cook for and with each other, go swimming on the Danube Island or garden our newly adopted tree slice in front of our house. The fridge is often well filled, because Fabiana brings a lot of vegetables etc. from foodsharing.

We do not tolerate racism, sexism, homophobia and any other discriminatory behavior.

Billie will be moving out of the room and we would like to sublet the room. Move-in and move-out dates are flexible. Preferably we would like to find someone who could stay for the whole period. However, if it fits otherwise, then that's ok too. There is also a possibility that the room can be sublet afterwards for an unlimited period of time, but for this we still have to plan a few things. :)

The room is about 13 sqm, has a nice wooden floor and a window facing the courtyard (with a view of a chestnut tree). It also has a wall niche where a clothes rail and a shelf are built in. Besides, the room is fully furnished: there is a sofa, a coffee table, some small drawers to store things, a desk and a nice table lamp. There is also a thin mattress in the room. The room is not very noisy and is located in the back corner of the WG.

Our apartment is about 83sqm, is on the 3rd floor and therefore quite bright. The kitchen has a gas stove, electric oven and a dishwasher. Toilet and bathroom are separate, the bathroom has a bathtub.
