Ich suche eine*n nette*n Mitbewohner*in für ein WG-Zimmer mit 7qm in einer hellen Altbauwohnung im 20. Bezirk. Die Wohnung liegt im 3.Stock und verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine vollausgestattete Küche, ein Badezimmer sowie ein separates WC. Sämtliche Elektrogeräte wie Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Backrohr und Fernseher sind bereits vorhanden. Die Anbindung an die Öffis ist durch die 2 Minuten entfernte U6 Station Jägerstraße gut. Verschiedene Supermärkte wie Hofer, Billa und Spar sind mit Entfernungen von 200m-600m ebenfalls sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die monatlichen Gesamtkosten belaufen sich auf 490 Euro (inkl. Heiz- & Stromkosten, Internet).

I am a student and looking for a nice flatmate. The room for rent is partially furnished (wardrobe & bed) and approx. 7sqm in size. The bright old building apartment is located in the 20th district and has a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. All electrical appliances such as washing machine, dishwasher, oven and TV are already available. The connection to the public transport is good due to the U6 station Jägerstraße, which is only a two minutes walk away. Various supermarkets such as Hofer, Billa and Spar are also very easy to reach on foot with distances of 200m-600m. The total monthly costs are 490 euros (incl. heating and electricity costs, internet).

Ich bin 20 Jahre alt , stamme ursprünglich aus Kärnten (im Süden Österreichs) und bin für mein Elektrotechnik Studium an der Technischen Universität im Herbst 2023 nach Wien gezogen. Meine Vormittage verbringe ich unter der Woche meistens an der Uni und bin somit nachmittags tendenziell daheim. An den Wochenenden unternehme ich gerne was mit Freunden oder verbringe die Zeit gegebenenfalls mit Lernen.
In der WG ist mir im Allgemeinen ein freundschaftliches Miteinander sehr wichtig, wobei auch jedem genügend Raum und Zeit für sich allein geben sein sollte. Ich koche eigentlich sehr regelmäßig - gerne auch mal zu zweit :)
Außerdem bin ich sehr bemüht die WG ordentlich zu halten und würde mir dasselbe deswegen auch von meiner /-em Mitbewohner/-in erwarten.
