Bereits vorhanden sind ein Schreibtisch, ein Drehstuhl sowie ein Bett (100x200 cm). Außerdem gibt es verdunkelnde Vorhänge. Das Zimmer ist gut gepflegt und wird sauber übergeben. In der gesamten Wohnung liegt ein neu verlegter Laminatboden. Das Hochbett bietet viel Stauraum. Zudem kann die Garderobe im Vorraum als Stauraum genutzt werden.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Küche mit einem Esstisch, der auch als Gemeinschaftsraum dient. Alle anderen Zimmer sind separat begehbar. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne und ist vom WC getrennt. Ein Geschirrspüler ist nicht vorhanden. Die Waschmaschine steht im Keller und kostet 50 Cent pro Nutzung. Ansonsten ist die Küche vollständig ausgestattet. Fahrradkeller vorhanden.
A room in a 4-person shared apartment in the 20th district near U6 Dresdnerstraße is available immediately. It measures 10 square meters (3.5 x 3 meters). Already in the room are a desk, a swivel chair, and a bed (100x200 cm). There are also blackout curtains. The room is well-maintained and will be handed over in a clean condition. Throughout the apartment, there's a newly laid laminate floor. The loft bed offers ample storage space. Additionally, the wardrobe in the anteroom can be used for storage.
The flat features a kitchen with a dining table, which also serves as a communal room. All other rooms are separately accessible. The bathroom has a bathtub, and the toilet is separate. There's no dishwasher. The washing machine is located in the basement and costs 50 cents per use. Otherwise, the kitchen is fully equipped.
