Hello dear interested person!
I am moving out from my beloved room, because I am moving to my own place. Otherwise, I would stay here, as this is a great apartment.
The room for rent is a spacious, 20 sqm room, with a lot of light. It has wooden floors and two big windows opening to a quiet side street, so you can air the room even in hot summer nights, without worrying about the noise. There is a big heating body in the room, so you are never cold in winter either. The room comes without the furniture on the pictures. The flat itself is shared with one nice girl. We have a very spacious and well-equipped kitchen, with an oven, microwave and a big fridge, and a big bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
The flat also comes with a "keller" for storing the things you need, and the house also has a shared bicycle room on the first floor.
The flat is located in a quiet side street in the 20th district, near Friedensbrücke. The metro station U4 is 5 minutes walking. Tram 5, 33 and 31 also stop 2 minutes from the apartment. The inner city is no more than 20 minutes by public transport, but also available walking. There is a Billa, Penny, Hofer, Bipa, DM and Lidl all within 5-10 minutes on foot, and many other stores located on Klosteneuburger strasse. The Billa at Franz Josef Bahnhof (open on sundays too!) is also 10 minutes from you. Many university campuses are also close and readily available.
You will share the flat with one nice flatmate. She works, and is also writing her PhD. We are generally a calm, quiet, non-smoking WG, and we try to respect each other. We also keep the place clean, we have an agreement on cleaning of the common spaces.
Our landlady is very nice. She would prefer somebody who plans on staying at 1 year or more.
