*** english version below ***
Liebe WG-Suchende!

Hi!
We are Nati and Siri, and are looking for a new roommate for our 3-person shared apartment in the 20th district near Augarten from April!
Your room is 16m2 large, unfurnished and faces a quiet courtyard. The apartment itself is on the 4th floor (elevator available), 97m2 in size and consists of a wide hallway, bathroom with shower and bathtub (with window!), extra toilet, storage room, a cozy kitchen and our three bedrooms.
Location
We live right around the corner from Wallensteinplatz. Here you can find all sorts of public transport opportunities such as trams number 5, 31, 33 and buses (5b). It takes about 8 minutes to walk to Friedensbrücke (U4) and Jägerstraße (U6)!
The apartment is a 3-minute walk from the beautiful Augarten, where we love to spend time in warmer weather. Also the flat is not far from the Danube Island and the Danube Canal! :)
There are many shopping opportunities on Wallensteinstrasse - e.g. Billa, DM, Bipa, a cute little organic shop and the Hanover market.
Flat share type
We are Natalie (22) and Siri (24).
Nati is studying food- and biotechnology at Boku. In addition to her time-consuming studies, she enjoys playing the piano and cycling along the Danube. She also enjoys cooking and is interested in culture related events.
Siri moved from Germany to Vienna in September and is studying fine arts at the academy (media class). In addition to art and many other interests, Siri enjoys listening to/discovering/making music (playing the electric guitar), going to the gym, reading, sightseeing in Vienna, going for walks and philosophizing about life.
We both really enjoy having a meal together in the evening, talking about our day, worries, nice and not so nice experiences. :)
In general, communication is very important to us so that everyone can express their needs. <3
We try to pay attention to the environment: separating waste is important to us (we also have organic waste).
We like it clean and have a weekly cleaning schedule, but if someone has a lot on their plate, it's okay to clean a few days later.
We are looking forward to hear from you!
Cheers,
Nati (she/her) and Siri (they/them)
