Ich bin über den sommer weg und suche deswegen einen/eine Unternmieter/in über eben diese Monate.:))
Da ich dieses semester meinen Bachelor beende/ oder eben auch nicht, kann es eventuell auch noch zu einer Verlängerung kommen. - - - > über den Sommer bin ich aber auf jeden Fall weg:)
Das Zimmer ist in einer 4er Wg im 20. Bezirk( Nähe 2ter Bezirk) direkt am Augarten.
20 min zu Fuß zum Zentrum und 5 Minuten zu mehreren Öffi- Anschlussstellen. --> also wirklich sehr gute Lage und von überall wirklich gut erreichbar.
Meine Mitbewohner/innen werden höchstwahrscheinlich auch den ganzen Sommer oder zumindest vorübergehend im Sommer weg sein. - - > Es werden also 4 neue Leute in der WG sein....wir werden probieren den vibe untereinander abzuchecken ....aber ja keine garantie haha.... mein zimmer ist wirklich sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und auch mit ganz vielen Pflanzen--> deswegen bräuchte ich auch jemanden der Pflanzen appreciated und sie ab und an auch gießen könnte:)))) ....meine Sachen werden großteils ausgeräumt (Schränke, Gewand usw. ) aber manche Sachen wie Bücher usw. werden einfach dringelassen...und können dann aber auch gerne genutzt werden. jaaa what else.... Der Balkon im Sommer ist eine wirkliche Bereicherung mit Palettencouch und 2 chilligen Stühlen mit denen alle schon sehr nette entspannte brunches oder sonstige nette Erinnerungen verbunden sind.
Für mehr infos usw. einfach gerne bei mir melden und dann schaut man einfach wie alles so passt usw.

Since I won't be in Vienna over the summer, I'm looking for someone for my room in our 4-person flat. There's a possibility that my absence might extend beyond the semester as I'll be finishing my Bachelor's degree and maybe want to extent my freedom a bit longer haha. ( But no guarantee!)
The room is located in a cozy flat, in the 20th district, very close to the 2nd district, right by the Augarten. The location is truly fantastic - just a 20-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to various public transportation connections. So, it's easily accessible from anywhere.
During my absence, probably my flatmates will also either be away for the entire summer or at least temporarily.
My room is lovingly decorated and filled with many plants. Therefore, it would be great if the other person also appreciates plants and could water them occasionally. I'll be removing most of my personal belongings from the room (wardrobes, clothing, etc.), but some items like books and such I will be leaving in the room and can be used freely.
The balcony is a real highlight in the summer, with a pallet couch and two cozy chairs that we've shared many lovely memories of relaxed brunches and more.
