Das Zimmer ist 20 Quadratmeter groß. Durch das große Fenster, welches zum Sachsenplatz hinausgeht kommt viel Licht und wenig Lärm in den Raum. Das Zimmer lässt sich separat von der Küche aus betreten, und es besteht eine Verbindungstür zwischen den beiden Zimmern (die abgeschlossen werden kann).
Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. In der Küche gibt es einen Ofen sowie ein Induktionskochfeld.
Im Bad befindet sich ein WC sowie Dusche.
Geheizt wird über Strom, in jedem Zimmer befinden sich Infrarot-Panele an der Decke über die kann jedes Zimmer separat geheizt werden.
Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Kleiderschrank der auf Wunsch gerne vom Vormieter übernommen werden kann.
The room is 20 square metres in size. The large window, which faces the tranquill Sachsenplatz, allows plenty of light and little noise into the room. It can be entered separately from the kitchen.

Hallo, ich bin Lucas. Ich bin 23 und studiere Physik an der Universität Wien. Neben meinem Studium arbeite ich in einer Tanzschule im 1. Bezirk. In meiner Freizeit verbringe ich viel Zeit mit Freund*innen und beim Sport. Ich lebe seit einigen Jahren vegan, möchte aber auch niemandem vorschreiben wie er/sie zu leben hat :).
Ich mag diverse Musik und Filme und lasse mich gern für viele Dinge begeistern. Ob gemeinsames kochen, oder entspanntes Quatschen, ich würd mich einfach freuen wenn wir zusammen ne gute Zeit haben.
Prinzipiell wünsche ich mir eine offene, kommunikative Person, die Lust auf ein freundschaftliches und entspanntes Zusammenleben hat. Zum Thema Ordnung freue ich mich über eine gute Portion an Eigenverantwortung. WG-Parties würde ich gerne vorher absprechen (ein entspanntes Zusammensitzen geht natürlich klar), aber generell freue ich mich wenn du im Zuhause eher einen Ort zum Ruterkommen siehst.

I like various music and films and you can get me excited about a lot of things. Whether cooking together or having a relaxed chat, I would just be happy if we have a good time together.
In general, I would like an open, communicative person who is interested in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. On the subject of tidiness, I am happy about a good portion of personal responsibility. I would like to arrange flat-sharing parties in advance (a relaxed get-together is of course possible), but in general I am happy if you see your home as a place to relax.
