Die Wohnung liegt in der geschäftigen Klosterneuburger Straße und hat neben Billa, Hofer, Penny, Lidl (alle im Umkreis von max 5 Minuten) mit dem Hannovermarkt und etlichen Bäckereien und sonstigen Läden echt einiges zu bieten.
Sowohl die U4, als auch die U6 sind fußläufig in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar, außerdem haben wir mit der 5er, 33er und 31er Bim echt super Anbindungen direkt vor der Haustür.
Mit dem Augarten und dem Donaukanal in 10-15 Minuten Entfernung hat die Lage auch einige tolle Spots im Freien zu bieten und im Sommer ist man auch in 15-20 Minuten direkt an der Donau:)

The apartment is located in Klosterneuburger Straße and has a lot to offer in addition to Billa, Hofer, Penny, Lidl (all within a radius of max. 5 minutes) with the Hannovermarkt and several bakeries and other stores.
Both the U4 and the U6 are within 5-10 minutes walking distance, and we also have really great connections right on our doorstep with the 5, 33 and 31 subway lines.
With the Augarten and the Danube Canal 10-15 minutes away, the location also has some great outdoor spots to offer and in summer you can also be directly on the Danube in 15-20 minutes:)

Die WG besteht neben dir aus drei weiteren Leuten:

Simon (22) studiert Biologie im Master und ist neben seinem Job im Naturhistorischen Museum, bei mehreren Projekten und Organisationen super engagiert. Er ist die gute Seele in der Wohnung und fasziniert mich immer wieder mit seinem außerordentlichen Geschmack für memes und dem Talent für Imitationen.

Melani (19) ist vor etwa einem Jahr nach Wien gezogen um bei Austrian Airlines als Flugbegleiterin zu arbeiten. Aktuell bereitet sie sich auf ihre Pilotenprüfung vor und wird uns (hoffentlich) in Zukunft von A nach B fliegen! Wenn Meli nicht am lesen oder Musik hören ist, kann man sie in der Küche am Werkeln vorfinden.

David (21) studiert aktuell Philosophie an der Hauptuni und BWL an der WU und vervollständigt das aktuelle WG-Trio. Neben dem Diskutieren und Feiern mit seinen Philosophie-Kollegen hat David ein besonderes Fable für Bücher und Zeitschriften, wobei man ihn besonders oft tief versunken in die ZEIT beobachten kann.

The flat share consists of you and three other people:

Simon (22) is studying for a master's degree in biology and is super involved in several projects and organizations in addition to his job at the Natural History Museum. He is the good soul in the apartment and always fascinates me with his extraordinary taste in memes and talent for imitations.

Melani (19) moved to Vienna about a year ago to work as a flight attendant for Austrian Airlines. She is currently preparing for her pilot exam and will (hopefully) be flying us from A to B in the future! When Meli is not reading or listening to music, you can find her working in the kitchen.

David (21) is currently studying philosophy at the Hauptuni and business studies at the WU and completes the current flat-sharing trio. As well as discussing and partying with his fellow philosophy students, David has a particular fondness for books and magazines, and can often be found immersed in DIE ZEIT.

Zur Wohnung gehört neben Küche und Bad, welche jeweils von allen benutzt werden auch ein separates kleines WC. Vor allem für den Sommer ist die Wohnung eigentlich perfekt, da wir es durch die Lage im Erdgeschoss immer angenehm kühl haben und unsere Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln ist das auch echt ein Träumchen!

In addition to the kitchen and bathroom, which are used by everyone, the apartment also has a separate small toilet. The apartment is perfect for the summer in particular, as the first floor location means it's always pleasantly cool and our terrace with garden furniture is a real dream!
