For Students only.
The room is the usual student room in a shared apartment, it has the regular furniture like wardrobes, Table, Chair Lamp, shelf, bed ,mattress, bed linen, pillows, a mattress cover and bin without any additional cost.
As the room is facing a courtyard, it is always quiet enough to sleep or study.
We have a shared kitchen equipped with standard equipment such as dishwasher, oven, and microwave, we also have all the necessary kitchenware such as cutleries, plates, bowls, dinning area adjacent to the kitchen. there are two separate bathrooms, there is a washing machine and a separate toilet inside one of the bathroom.
The room will be avaliable from 1st of June but earlier move in dates can be discussed..
You can reach trams (1, 2, 5, 31,33 and O) in 2 minutes, U4 Friedensbrücke in 5 minutes and U6 Jägerstraße in 10 minutes by foot. You can also reach Franz Josefs Bahnhof in 10 mins.
Through those options you can reach TU and UniWien under 15 minutes.
There are 3 Billa, 2 Pennys, 2 Spar and 1 Lidl
You can spend your weekends in the Augarten or take a long relaxing walk on the Donau canal.
Being tidy and clean is really important for us although we are not so strict on the cleaning schedule.
The flat is multicultural with flatmates from different countries. We cook together, clean together and sometimes have breakfast together. The flatmates are nice and cheerful.
it is important that everyone in the apartment gets along with each other (that is not a problem because the flatmates are super friendly).
We sometimes discuss over a drink or over a meal and movie nights when we all have the time.
The landlord requires student status.
Wifi, electricity and heating are all included in the rent.

We would also like to hear about your plans for the future, if you would be staying for long or short term.
