Wir vermieten zwischen November 2023 und Januar 2024 ein 16m2 Zimmer in unserer Wohnung im 20. Bezirk.
Zur Wohnung:
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 70m2, mit einer gemütlichen Wohnküche und getrenntem Klo und Bad. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Gefrierschrank sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Dein Zimmer liegt straßenseitig und ist auch schon möbliert (Bett, geräumiger Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Sessel).

We are renting out a 16m2 room in our apartment in the 20th district between November 2023 and January 2024.
About the apartment:
The apartment has a total of 70m2, with a cozy kitchen/living room area and separate toilet and bathroom. Dishwasher, washing machine and freezer are also available.
Your room is on the street side and is also already furnished (bed, spacious closet, desk, chair).
Die Wohnung liegt ideal angebunden zwischen Donaukanal und Donauinsel im 20 Bezirk (ca. 8 Gehminuten zu U4 Friedensbrücke und U6 Jägerstraße, 31er Straßenbahn gleich vor der Haustüre).
Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch direkt ums Eck (Hofer, Bipa, Billa, Lidl, Penny, Post, sowie diverse Fast-Food Restaurants).
Weiters ist auch der Hannovermarkt sowie für Kletterfreunde die Boulderbar 🥳 in unmittelbarer Nähe - der Augarten ist auch zu Fuß schnell erreichbar.

The apartment is ideally located between the Danube Canal and Danube Island in the 20th district (about 8 minutes walking distance to U4 Friedensbrücke and U6 Jägerstraße, 31 tram right in front of the door).
Various shopping facilities are also just around the corner (Hofer, Bipa, Billa, Lidl, Penny, Post, as well as various fast food restaurants).
Furthermore, the Hannovermarkt and for climbing enthusiasts the boulder bar 🥳 are in the immediate vicinity - the Augarten is also within walking distance.
Kurz zu uns: Wir sind Johanna und Mike (31 Jahre), ein berufstätiges Pärchen die gerne draußen unterwegs sind. Wir sind unkompliziert, kochen gerne, treffen gerne Freunde und kümmern uns gerne um unsere 2 Katzen Lucy und Coco :)
Das Zimmer wird über den genannten Zeitraum vermietet, da wir es aktuell nicht benötigen und uns über Gesellschaft freuen :) Somit ist das Zimmer perfekt geeignet für Praktika, Sprachkurse etc. in Wien.

Briefly about us: We are Johanna and Mike (31 years), a working couple who like to be outdoors. We are uncomplicated, like to cook, meet friends and take care of our cats Lucy and Coco :)
The room is rented out over the mentioned period, as we currently don't need it ourselves and are happy about some company :) So the room is perfect for internships, language courses etc. in Vienna.
