I'm subletting my studio and bedroom for the month of September in a beautiful Altbau shared flat in Wien Brigittenau.
The flat (4th floor, no elevator) is at a brilliant central location, only a few minutes walk away from Wallensteinplatz and Augarten, the canal, Friedensbrücke, Spittelau and Jägerstraße subway stations. It's a huge Viennese Altbau with four rooms and a living room. My three flatmates are lovely, creative people.
Ich vermiete mein Studio und Schlafzimmer für September in einer WG in einem wunderschönen Altbau in Wien Brigittenau.
Die Wohnung selbst hat vier Zimmer sowie ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Bad, eine Küche, zwei WCs und einen großen Vorraum. Meine Mitbewohner*innen sind alle sehr liebe, spannende Menschen mit unterschiedlichen Backgrounds.
The apartment is in the 20th district near Friedensbrücke. Public transport is reachable within 5 minutes walking distance and includes metro (U4) and trams 5, 33, 31. The beautiful Augarten (a big park) and the farmer's market at Hannovermarkt are very close. Good places to hang out are the Donaukanal, which is just around the corner, the Wallensteinplatz which is nearby, and our livingroom which is quite close, as well.
Die Wohnung in der Brigittenau (20. Bezirk) ist in unmittelbarer Nähe des Donaukanals und Hannovermarkts. Ums Eck befindet sich auch der wunderschöne Augarten. Die nächsten Öffis sind U4 Friedensbrücke sowie 5er, 33er und 31er in zwei bis drei Minuten Gehdistanz. In der Wohnung haben wir vier Zimmer sowie ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Bad, eine Küche, zwei Klos und einen großen Vorraum. Gute Plätze zum Abhängen sind der Donaukanal ums Eck, der Wallensteinplatz gleich in der Nähe und unser Wohnzimmer, das auch nicht weit weg ist.
We share the basic goods and live in an atmosphere of mutual respect for one another. Everyone's busy working on their projects and jobs but we like to chat and enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee together. Good food is an integral part of everyday life. We consider our flat a hospitable place.
Die Grundnahrungsmittel sind grundsätzlich kollektiviert wie andere wichtige Dinge in der Wohnung. Wir pflegen einen sensiblen und respektvollen Umgang miteinander, sind aber alle sehr mit unseren jeweiligen Projekten beschäftigt.
Gutes Essen ist integraler Bestandteil des alltäglichen Lebens. Wir feiern viel zu selten, aber essen und trinken gerne eine Glass oder einen Kaffee gemeinsam. Beim Zusammenwohnen ist uns Gastfreund:innenschaft wichtig.
