17m² Zimmer in chilliger WG zu vergeben 😁

Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock mit Lift und ist sehr gut öffentlich erreichbar - 5 min zur 11A, 11B sowie zur S-Bahn Traisengasse, 10min zur U6 Dresdner Straße sowie zum Handelskai.
Die Donauinsel ist in 10min Gehweite, was besonders im Sommer sehr fein ist. Um die Ecke ist ein Billa, einen Hofer und Spar gibt es auch ca. 5min entfernt.

The flat is on the third floor with elevator, and has plenty of public transportation options nearby - 5min to the 11A, 11B bus as well as the S - Bahn Traisengasse, 10min to U6 Dresdner Straße or Handelskai.
The Donauinsel is also just a 10min walk from here, which is great in summer if you want to chill on a field or jump right into the Danube.
In terms of food, there's a Billa around the corner, as well as a Hofer and Spar about 5min away.

Etwas zu deinen zukünftigen Mitbewohnern:

Benji, 27, angehender Programmierer
Wenn er nicht gerade am coding lernen ist, verbringt er seine Zeit am liebsten auf der Couch mit seiner Ps5.
Trotz dem kleinsten Zimmer der Wohnung wurde hier bis jetzt immer am meisten Zeit verbracht, wenn's darum ging mal zusammen einen Film zu schauen oder diverse Party games zusammen zu zocken 🎮✨

Im zweiten Zimmer wohnt ab 1. März Marcel, 30, ist Drogist bei dm-drogerie Markt. :)
Seine Freizeit verbringt er am liebsten mit seinen Freunden, beim Fotografieren oder gern auch mal am PC.
Er ist aber auch immer sehr gern für einen chilligen Abend mit Wein in der Küche oder zum Netflixen zu haben.
Sofern die Zeit und das Geld es zulässt, reist er außerdem auch gern.
Am allerbesten hat es ihm bisher auf den Malediven gefallen.

Als drittes haben wir Chiara, 23 Jahre und totale Pflanzen- und Tierliebhaberin😊.
Sie mag z.B. fortgehen, Wiens Kultur bestaunen, Bier oder Spritzer trinken gehen, plaudern oder auch einfach mal faulenzen.
Sie studiert seit dem Sommer BWL an der Hauptuni und möchte eine Wohlfühl-WG haben, in der sie mindestens bis zum Ende ihres Studiums bleiben möchte.

Wir wünschen uns Leute die längerfristig vor haben hier zu bleiben (min. 1 Jahr), und sich genauso wie wir ein nices WG Leben wünschen, in dem man jederzeit mal zusammen abhängen kann wenn man Lust hat. 😁
Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig, damit man sich in der WG auch wohl fühlen kann, dafür haben wir einen Putzplan der wöchentlich rotiert. 👌🏻

About your future flatmates:

Benji, 27, future programmer
If he's not busy coding, he likes to spend most of his time chilling on his couch with his Ps5.
Even tho his room is the smallest of the whole flat, it has always been the number one spot for watching a movie or playing some silly games together. 🎮✨

In the second room starting from 1st of March we're gonna have Marcel, 30, working at a dm store. :)
In his free time he likes to hang out with friends, shooting photos and enjoys the occasional gaming session.
He's always down for a chill evening, having some wine in the kitchen or to watch some movies with us.
If time and money allows it, he likes to travel as well, his favourite spot so far are the Maldives.

Last but not least we got Chiara, 23, who loves plants and animals a lot😊.
She likes to go out, enjoys Viennas culture, enjoys a good talk just as much as a lazy day.
She started studying business administration last summer and want the WG to be a feel-weel place, where she can stay for at least the duration of her studies.

We're looking for someone who'd like to stay here a while (one year at least), and who's looking a nice and chill flat share life, where we can hang out together whenever we feel like it, or give eachother peace and quite if one needs it. 😌
We like to keep the place clean, for which we have a schedule in place that rotates every week. 👌🏻
