Mit der S-Bahn bist du perfekt angebunden und nicht mal in 5 min am Praterstern. Die U6 Dresdnerstraße befindet sich auch gleich um die Ecke in gehweite.

Direkt neben dem Wohngebäude ist auch ein Park mit Sportgeräten, Sportplatz und auch ein kleiner Spielplatz. Billa Plus, Libro und Bipa sind auch in gehweite zu erreichen gleich im nächsten Haus. Zusätzlich erreichst du die Millennium City in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Es gibt auch einige Restaurants in der Nähe die echt gutes Essen anbieten.

Hey, ich bin Maximilian Stalzer, 20 Jahre alt und studiere auf der Wirtschaftsuniversität in Wien BWL und möchte Lehramt auf Latein und GWK ab September 2023 machen.

Ich bin ein ein sehr pflichtbewusster und freundlicher Mensch und bin gern unter Leuten, aber grundsätzlich ein sehr gemütlicher und entspannter Mensch :)

Ansonsten koche ich gern und singe gern - kurz gesagt die Musik darf bei mir nie zu kurz kommen. :) Ich bin außerdem sehr sportlich und gehe bis zu vier mal in der Woche ins Fitnessstudio, um mehr Energie und Wohlbefinden zu haben und vom stressigen Unialltag abschalten zu können.

Ich suche KEINE Zweck-WG! Mir ist es wichtig, dass wir uns gut verstehen und auch ähnliche Interessen haben. Bei gemeinsamen Aktivitäten, Kochen, oder gemeinsame Netflix-Abende oder auch unkomplizierte Partys mit Freunde bin ich meistens dabei und würde mich jedenfalls sehr freuen. Ich bin außerdem auch ein sehr sauberer Mitbewohner, trotzdem sollten wir beide den Haushalt machen. Z.B: Wenn der Geschirrspüler fertig ist, ergreif einfach Eigeninitiative und räum ihn aus. Ist für uns beide glaub ich am einfachsten, wenn wir gemeinsam anpacken.:)

Natürlich ist Privatsphäre sehr wichtig, und es gibt Regeln, die wir beide respektieren sollten:)

Zur Wohnung noch ein paar Infos:

Unsere beiden Zimmer sind durch das große Wohnzimmer getrennt und liegen nicht nebeneinander. Küche, Wohnzimmer, Bad, Toilette und Abstellraum teilen wir uns. Wir haben wir auf beiden Seiten eine große Dachterasse. In deinem Zimmer steht schon ein Bett und ein Einbauschrank, diese müssen drinnen bleiben, sind Eigentum des Vermieters. Du blickst in den ruhigen Innenhof und hast am Abend ein wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Sonnenuntergang über den Dächern von Wien.

Waschmaschine gibt es im Keller, ich werde mir aber auch im Laufe der Zeit noch eine anschaffen.

Otherwise, I like to cook and sing - in short, music must never be neglected with me. :)

I am also very sporty and go to the gym up to four times a week to have more energy and well-being and to be able to switch off from stressful university life.

I am NOT looking for a purpose-shared flat! It is important to me that we understand each other well and have similar interests. At joint activities, cooking, or joint Netflix evenings or even uncomplicated parties with friends, I am usually there and would be very happy. I'm also a very clean roommate, but we should both do the housekeeping.

Our two rooms are separated by the large living room and are not next to each other. Kitchen, living room, bathroom, toilet and storage room we share. We have a large roof terrace on both sides. In your room there is already a bed and a built-in wardrobe, these must remain inside, are property of the landlord. You look into the quiet courtyard and in the evening you have a beautiful view of the sunset over the rooftops of Vienna.

There is a washing machine in the basement, but I will also buy one in the course of time.

Derzeit wohne ich schon in der Wohnung, ich bin im März eingezogen. Weitere Fotos folgen, hab leider derzeit nicht mehr. Die Fotos stellen dein Zimmer wahrheitsgetreu nach, ein Schreibtisch hat auch noch Platz, wenn man das Bett umstellt. Wohnzimmer wird im Laufe der Zeit so aussehen, Couch und Tisch sowie TV Board sind schon drinnen, die anderen Sachen kommen dann im Laufe der Zeit. Natürlich darfst du auch mitreden was die Einrichtung anbelangt. Die Bilder dienen lediglich als Muster.

Der Text ist schon ein bisschen älter und ich hab schon eine Waschmaschine und einen Staubsauger, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine usw. gekauft, wäre es nett, wenn du mir 200 Euro überweisen könntest, sobald du einziehst:)

At the moment I live in the apartment, I have moved there in March. More photos will follow, unfortunately I don't have any more at the moment. The photos faithfully recreate your room, a desk still has space when you change the bed. Living room will look like this over time, couch and table as well as TV board are already inside, the other things will come in the course of time. Of course, you can also have a say in the furnishings. The images serve only as samples.

!!!!! In the last few months I have bought a washing maschine and a some other technical stuff. I would be nice if you send me a deposit for the stuff with an amount of 200 Euros to share it:) !!!!
