About the room to rent is a spacious and bright room with a big private balcony (4.74 m2). The room is partially furnished (double bed and and wardrobe), you would need to add a desk if needed and then you’re ready to leave your luggage☺️
The room is in a new apartment (neubau) really spacious (104 m2) at 6th floor, full of sun light coming from the big windows all over the house. Every room has is own balcony and the kitchen face the inner courtyard.
The kitchen is brand new and we have separately bathroom and toilet and a really huge living room as a common space (28.5 m2). The big windows on the living room give an amazing sunset in the house. The apartment is only partially furnished, for instance the living room has only a big wardrobe but we will buy sofa and all the stuff that we want inside to make the place even more cozy. The kitchen instead is fully equipped.
Location
20th district is the best if you want to enjoy the Danube during spring and summer but also the best parks of Vienna (Augarten, prater) or if you want to go wherever in the city since. Handelskay station is only 7 minutes walking. There you can find metro U6 and s-bahn bringing you in the crucial places in maximum 20 minutes (Prater 6 minutes, Schwedenplatz 16 minutes, Stephansplatz 20 minutes, in total from the apartment).
Moreover you have bus 37A, 5A and 11A and B and tram 31, 33 and 2.
BILLA PLUS is just 3 minutes walking, SPAR 5 mintes walking and moreover Millenium Tower, a big mall with a lot of shops and restaurants is 8 minutes walking.

We like to live together in harmony being ourselves with each other. We like to do sport: running, biking and bouldering in the evenings during the week and in the weekend we go for hikes or longer bike trip. We’re really active and friendly people, we like to share meals or social activities/dinners gatherings with friends sometimes in the weekends. Spending the time playing board games, drinking some wine and having good food.
Of course we are happy to share with you the decision (building) of the furniture and setting up the small details in the flat.
Obviously for us it is important that the apartment is kept in order and that we organize ourselves for cleaning shifts (but we’re not maniacal).

About contract and timing
Hard facts:
Price for the big room 530 euro per month.
The rent doesn’t includes cost for electricity, gas and internet which will depend on our usage, we like to take care of that and of the planet to keep it “cool” so we don’t like to waste energy which will be good for our wallet and for everybody.
The apartment is available for visit from the 15th of April and the entry date is flexible after this date. Preferable by the 1st of May.
