Ich suche jemanden, der in das zweite 11m² Zimmer in dieser tollen Wohnung einzieht. Das Datum ist flexibel, am liebsten ab Juli.
Das Zimmer
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und zum Innenhof. Die Möbel können übernommen werden, muss aber nicht. Außerdem gibt es einen Vorraum, wo du deinen Schrank hinstellen kannst, wenn du ihn nicht im Zimmer möchtest.
Zur Wohnung:
Neu renoviertes Bad (Badewanne, Dusche) und Klo, große Küche mit allem, was man braucht (Herd, Ofen, Mikro, Waschmaschine...), großes Wohnzimmer mit Couch (ausziehbares Bett für Gäste) wo gut 10 Personen draufpassen, Loggia zum Innenhof, Vorraum für Schränke und Co.

The room:
It's a bright room facing the courtyard. If you want the furniture, you can have it, but no need to. There's a room in front for storage, where you could put your closet if you don't want it in your room.
The flat:
Freshly renovated toilet and bathroom (bathtub and shower), big kitchen with everything you need and a washing machine, a bright living room with a big couch for at least 10 people (converts to a bed for guests), a nice Loggia to sit outside, a room for storage.
Die Wohnung hat eine echt tolle Lage. 10min zu Fuß zur Donau, 10min zum Augarten, 10min zu Wien Mitte, 15 zum Schwedenplatz. 20min zur Hauptuni, 25 zum Unicampus. 7 min weg vom Handelskai

Ich bin Susanna und derzeit Studentin. ich bin eine ruhige aber aufgeschlossene Person. Ich mag gerne fremde Sprachen und Kulturen, sowie Musik. Meine größte Leidenschaft ist alles, was mit Spanisch und Lateinamerika zu tun hat. In meiner Freizeit gehe ich oft raus spazieren oder in die Berge. Außerdem mache ich Yoga und lese praktisch jeden Tag. Generell bin ich relativ easy going, mag es sauber (bin aber kein Putzteufel), und ich rede und lache wirklich gerne. Ich koche mir meist einfache Dinge und lebe schon seit Jahren vegetarisch. Ich rede gerne über Philosophie, Musik, Ökonomie und soziale Themen.
Ich habe bereits in meheren Ländern, und mit teilweise wirklich fremden Kulturen in WGs zusammengelebt. Mir ist es wichtig, dass man sich gegenseitig respektiert und dass jeder seinen Teil zur Gemeinschaft beiträgt. Ich möchte keine reine Zweck-WG und mir wäre es wichtig, mich mit meinen Mitbewohnern gut zu verstehen.
My name is Susanna and I'm currently a student. I am rather quiet and calm and like to be at home. I'm not a big fan of parties, I prefer to have a calm evening with friends. I would look for someone rather quiet and respectful as well. I don't want to just live together, but to have a nice friendship.
Ich habe hier bisher kein WLAN, da ich unlimitierte Daten habe. Das müssten wir dann noch besprechen wg Kosten.
Außerdem gehe ich nächstes Semester vielleicht ins Ausland, da müsstest du dir dann noch jemanden für die Zwischenzeit suchen, oder ich.
Currently I don't have wifi, so we'd have to organize that still (costs...).
Also, I might be abroad next semester, so either you or me would have to look for someone to take my room in the meanwhile.
