das Zimmer für das ich eine/n Nachmieter/in suche ist 14 Quadratmeter groß. Es ist sehr hell, Ausblick auf ein Studentenheim (offener Blick, nicht verbaut). Das Zimmer kann entweder unmöbliert oder teilmöbliert (mit Deckenventilator) übernommen werden!
Insgesamt hat die Wohnung 3 Zimmer - 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohn-Esszimmer, Bad, Küche und das WC ist extra.
Das Wohn-Esszimmer wird grade umgestaltet, deshalb schauts auf dem Foto so leer aus!
Top-Lage! 2 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof (S-Bahnen, U-Bahn U6, Straßenbahnen, Busse). 1 Station weiter - die Donauinsel!
Ich selbst arbeite im 2. Bezirk, brauche nur 7 Minuten mit dem Zug!
Ich suche für meine jetzige Mitbewohnerin einen neuen WG-Buddy :). Sie ist sehr offen, entdeckt gerne Neues, kocht gerne, hört gern Musik und ist gerne unterwegs!
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist ebenfalls Vollzeit angestellt und ist deshalb meist am Abend oder am Nachmittag in der Wohnung.
Wir suchen jemanden der gechillt drauf ist, mit dem man Spaß haben kann aber der auch verantwortungsbewusst und rücksichtsvoll ist!
Sonst gibts im Moment nd viel mehr zu sagen - die Eckdaten findets bei den Fotos (haben wir bekommen als wir eingezogen sind)
