Hübsches Zimmer für einen Sommer in Wien

Direkt vor dem Block fahren die Straßenbahnlinien 25 und 26, den Knotenpunkt Bahnhof Floridsdorf erreicht man damit in 5 Minuten. Zum Kagran dauert es mit der Bahn ca. 8 Minuten. Auch nachts fahren regelmäßig Öffis.

In direkter Nähe gibt es eine Menge an Einkaufsoptionen: Penny und BIPA gegenüber, Billa, Hofer, Tankstelle sowie weitere Läden lassen sich super in maximal 10 Minuten zu Fuß (oder schneller mit der Bahn) erreichen. Mit der Bahn ist man in etwa 10 Minuten am Donauzentrum, da gibt's alles. :D

Landschaftlich gibt es einige Pluspunkte in der nahen Umgebung: Die Alte Donau mit ihren vielen Stegen, dem Donaupark, einer gefühlt endlosen Uferpromenade (für Spaziergänge und Radtouren) und zahlreichen Schwimm-, Bootfahr- und Wassersportmöglichkeiten ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt und besonders im Sommer ein wundervoller Ort zum Aktiv sein oder aber Verweilen und Genießen. Die Donaufelder bilden ein ländliches Stück Grünfläche im Herzen von Floridsdorf und auch die Donauinsel ist quasi nebenan. Dort kann spaziert, geradelt, gebadet und gegrillt werden plus alles mögliche andere, was das Herz begehrt.

E: Right in front of the door is a stop for tram lines 25 and 26. The main station Floridsdorf is 5 tram minutes away. To Kagran it takes about 8 minutes.
There is regular service at night, too.

There's a lot of shopping opportunities just around the corner like Penny and Bipa, also Billa, Hofer and a gas station are really close (10min walking, tram is faster).
The Donau Centre can be reached within 10min by tram, they got everything.:D

We also have quite a few nice spots in the area to visit or spend your time at, if you don't wanna go far: The Alte Donau river has a bunge of footbridges, the Donaupark, an endless esplanade for walks and bike tours, as well as many options for swimming, doing boat tours and water sports. It's only 5 min of walking and especially in summer nice for activities and relaxing.
The Donaufields are a nice green patch in the middle of Floridsdorf and also the Donauisland is not far. You can walk around, bike, inline skate, swim and do BBQs there or whatever else comes to your mind.

Da ich selbst über den Sommer hauptsächlich reisen werde und unsere Mitbewohnerin ihr Auslandssemester hier in Wien beendet, wird es wohl etwas ruhiger zugehen. :)
Unser Mitbewohner (40, Musiker und Pädagoge) wird zeitweise hier sein sowie seine Freundin und seine Tochter, die uns regelmäßig besuchen. Gegebenenfalls findet sich bis dahin ein neuer Mitbewohner für das andere Zimmer und die Lage gestaltet sich noch etwas um.
Grundsetzlich sind wir sehr unternehmungslustig, gesellig und verbringen gern Zeit mit kreativen, musikalischen oder sportlichen Aktivitäten sowie Zeit in der Natur. Auch zusammen kochen, Spieleabende, Ausflüge/Wanderungen und gute Gespräche mögen wir sehr gerne.
Die Atmosphäre ist offen und tolerant und wir freuen uns darauf, neue Menschen kennenzulernen.

E: Since I am travelling during summer and my roomie ends her semester abroad and goes back home, it will probably be a bit quieter in the house. :)
Our other roomie (40, musician and teacher) will be here from time to time as well as his girlfriend and daughter who are visiting regularly.
In case we find someone for the other room the situation might change slightly til then.
In general we are pretty adventurous and lively, like spending time with cool people as well as music, creative stuff and sporty activities or in nature. Also we really appreciate cooking, hiking, playing games and having good conversations together.
The atmosphere is open minded and tolerant and we are looking forward to meet new people.
